Thanks. I was scammed recently too. I ordered the Acai sample for $1.00 s/h on 10/31/08[which I have yet to receive]. My card was charged 29.95 Saturday morning [11/08/08] from fit-factory.com. I called Monday morning Bi**hing about it and they issued a "One Time Courtesy" refund which came through today. I feel that because of people like you who threaten to report them and like me who won't take no for an answer they will 'possibly' reconsider taking such blatant advantage of consumers.

I have another Contact number for them, that I got thru my bank. 1-877-615-4233. You hear music for a long time, but someone will answer and process your refund. My $89.31 charge came thru my bank 2 days BEFORE I even got the Trial Offer in the mail. That's BAD Business.

I called the 18773508480 number to cancel and couldn't..was on wait for over 30 minutes and still nothing..I did read on the site that after 14 days that they will charge you..even if you hadn't received the product yet..I have not received anything but I called and cancel the card that I used and now having my bank send me out a new card..so I wont get scammed out of 89.31, so for any one who is having troubles you might want to do the same..Just explain what happen to the bank or Credit card place that you go through and they wont have any troubles.

I called the 801 # and talked to Tim. He gave me a discontinued # and told me I can send back my unopened bottle. They would put the money back in my account....

Ive phoned my bank imediatley and they said i need to go in and cancel my card as I used my debit card. They cant guarentee it will work but its worth a try as i have no other way of contacting them short of that i will close my bank account if my bank are so unwilling to help!! How did u get on??

I got through to them after 20 min. Told them to stop charging my acct. But watch it they have other companies to, they charge you from several of them!!! Scam for sure!!

In response to your report online: I called the 'Subway' number, and a few other numbers as well, from England, UK, today. Each time the receivers were replaced, without a word being said. On three occasions, there was no ringing tone at all. Later, several times I was answered, but my call was cut off without a word spoken; the receiver was replaced immediately.
I fell victim to this free offer on 27th October. On the 28th Oct, I posted an airmail letter to the firm, to be signed for. This was telling them not to send me the trial tablets! Today, 17th November, the bottle of trial Acai Berry arrived. It was airmailed to me on 11/12/08 (12th November) weeks after my airmail to stop it would have arrived there. Apparently the only way to stop tablets coming indefinitely is to phone them, but like so many others I am unable to get through. This is the only way to stop them apparently. Now, like others, I may possibly be charged about £50 or more for a delivery of tablets that I don't want, and it goes on indefinitely, because I virtually "signed up" when I foolishly accepted the free trial (which is only about 14 tablets, so I understand).
If they don't answer the phone, and don't respond to letters, where does that leave us? It seems many have been caught like this. I have changed my credit card, but that won't stop it.
I am passing this on to "Watchdog" today, hoping they will investigate it. Dilla

I order something on-line (On-line health) $3.95 s&h only and over a $100 was charge to my account. I received a confirmation number and all. The fraud department contact me. DO NOT BUY anything from this number or on-line.

I just got my 14 day trial and did read that I will be charged $81.37 for the full 30 day supply. I was at 12 days since the shipping charge was charged my card. It took two days to finally get the 877 number to pick up and said they were able to cancel the perscription and gave me a confirmation number. I am still nervous about it going through after reading all the complaints but I hope I was lucky and got it stopped soon enough. Also I called the 866-407-1022 number and was able to cancel another $29.95 charge that went along with this whole ordeal that I did not know about until I read some of the other complaints.

I am not sure how much the call will cost.  Do not call 801-208-7485, it belongs to a very nice gentleman that gave me 801-530-6601, so that I could file a claim with the state of Utah about this fraudulent business, if that's what you can call it.  I did finally get through on the telephone number 1-877-350-8480 and spoke to a young lady by the name of Hannah who said she would cancel my order and refund my account the $89.31 that I never authorized.  Did you know that there are two other companies that you must also cancel.  Price Limbo and Fit Factory.  Sorry!!!

I ordered my trial on 1st Nov via Facebook and it arrived 17 Nov, past the 14 day blah blah

Anyhow, didnt bother with calling them, just canx my credit card. Just in time probably as they had not charged me for the next shipment.

My advice is dont bother calling unless they have charged you, canx your card immediatley.

I'm going through the same thing. I ordered the trial offer, got it, deceided to cancel before before they charged me full price. When I finally got a hold of someone they said that it was all taken care of and the next thing I know i'm being charged full price for a shipment that i still havent received. They refuse to refund the money and said they have no records of me cancelling. So watch out for this. I'am reporting them to the BBB and i'm disputing this with credit card company and going to get refunded either way.
