FIt Factory # 1-(866)407-1022.  When you cancel with acacia berry 1-(877)350-8480 let them know.  I asked them about the number for price limbo and they said they would "take care of it".  I do not know.  I cancelled with them two days after I ordered the trial so hopefully it took.  I also asked for the confirmation numbers when I cancelled.

I jsut managed to get through and spoke to a lady called Lani. She hassaid all is cancelled and I sure hope so! In the meantime I sent a letter to the Ft. Lauderdale address and cancelled my card.

I did the same thing last night.  I saw I had $92 debited from my account last night and called the # that was on my bank statement.  They were doing the same thing we can't credit what's done is done.  So, I if I ask my bank to reverse the charge can they do that?

WOW! After reading all of these notes I become more mad at myself for buying this ridiculous crap. I ordered the product, not realizing the exact terms because its at the bottom of the page in an place where you can't even see it. Now today I saw that they charged me $92.58. I called to complain and after 20 minutes of not being able to help me or actually listen to what I had to say the girl simply said "I need to help other people" and hung up. You can all imagine my frustration and anger toward this idiot rep. Anyway...just a heads up..DON'T BUY INTO THIS AD. It is absolutely false advertisement and a load of crap. Everyone just BEWARE!

I agreed to the "Free Trial" offer to receive a Colon Cleanse Product from this company and only pay the $3.95 S/H charges.  The agreement was that if you do not wish to keep the product for any reason, just contact them within 14 days and you can cancel any further orders.  I did not receive the order for a week after I ordered, and then tried it and did not like it.  I called and cancelled within the 14 days of when I received it.  I was assured any further orders were cancelled.  I just received my credit card bill and I was charged $89.31.  I called and told them I did not want this charge and asked for a refund.  I was told no--that they do not give refunds.  I spoke with their "Superior Agent" and was told that I did not have 14 days from the time I received the product to decide to cancel--but 14 days from when I ordered the product trial.  I have now called my credit card company and cancelled my card and will be in a credit dispute.  Hope others do whatever is needed to close these guys out of business--this is WRONG!

It is only 2.95."  It is not about the money but rather the heightend IDENITY THEFT that is increasing. I called this number today (add 00 to the beginning if calling from the UK) and got through in about 5 mins (phone call made at 3:30pm UK time). I very much doubt that the lady I spoke to was based in the US, or at least not a local.  Giving her my details was painful.  Having given her my name she said that she couldn't find me on the database, but if I could give her the last 4 digits of my credit card (details of which I don't remember giving them in the first place), so I did (potentially a stupid move, we shall see) she was then able to find me and cancel my order.  She did give me a 7 digit cancellation code without me having to prompt her and I asked to be deleted from their database.

They certainly make signing up easy, but cancelling a total nightmare!

I did get thru this am (first try) and did cancel.  However, it was very confusing and they told me I was also signed up for some fitness magazine (which I did not order) and had to call another 866 # to cancel.  When I did this, and explained the situation to them, they didn't have my name or my email address in their system, so hopefully I won't be charged for this.  I got a cancel confirmation # from the people at this phone number - 877-350-8480.  I will watch my VISA statement and be sure I do not get charged for anything I didn't sign up for.  I thot I was just getting a `free' sample for $3.99 S&H fee.  Then the paperwork came with it said I'd be billed for $89.31 a month unless I called and cancelled.  What a scam.  Good thing I read the paper work, b/c I almost didn't.  I can't believe my `free' sample was only 15 tablets, too.  What a rip.

the number didn't call me but i called them. i too ordered the free trial and had it sent then the 89$ charge came so of course i called to get the order canceled.  they said it was and that i wouldn't recieve any further products.  this last month i continued to get billed on my card.  when i called to inquire as i didn't recieve a product the man said i would need my cancelation code to prove i had canceled my order before.  i didn't have one - they didn't give me one and i didn't think to ask.  so he said that the product was shipped my order was canceled and there was nothing he could do about the charge.  after discussing my complaint with him he told me again there was nothing he could do.  he then asked if there was anything else he could do for me.  i said no.  he began his final, thank you for calling statement when i interupted him.  i reminded him that he refused to believe i had canceled my order without a cancelation number but you were about to hang up and at no time have you attempted to give me a cancelation number.  he paused for a moment and said he was taking notes about our call and the order was not actually canceled yet.  i said well you better be sure it is and i would like the number as well as your name.  he gave me both. but still refused to remove the charge.

I was able to get through to the 1-877-350-8480 number and after arguing with the girl for about 10 minutes, I told her I was reporting them as a scam and cancelling my credit card.  She immediately said she would cancel and take my name out of their system.  She gave me another number and said I had to call and cancel with them as well 1-877-719-9680 but the girl at this number said I wasn't in their system and she had no idea why I was given their number. I called the Fit Factory number 1-866-407-1022 but they said I wasn't in their system either. I called the 1-877-350-8480 number back and asked for the name of their company but the guy said "for security reasons" he wasn't allowed to give out the name of the company.  Just to make sure I didn't get charged anything by any of them, I cancelled my debit card and had my bank issue me a new number.

ordered the trial offer.... called to cancel the day my trial order came in.  Talked to a man that could not speak any english   and was given 2 confirmation numbers  one for the aci berry and one for the colon cleanse.  Thought that it was over and done  WRONG WRONG   just the other day checked my bank statement  and here was a charge for additional product.  I talked to the bank explaining that I had never ordered the product and was told that the only thing I could do is dispute it and close the check card.  So that is what i did.  I finally got a hold of a live person tonight by calling  303 456 5591   and low and behold  my account was not closed!!!!!   Then she said she would transfer me to the billing dept.  WEll  that SUPERVISOR  from hell said that the confirmation numbers that "I said came from the first call "  were not cancelation numbers .  I said well that is what i was given and she said that there would be no refund  as i could not prove that i had called and canceled.  It was my word against hers.   I am pursuing the fraud charges at the bank and will contact our state Attourney General and everyone that i can possibley think of to let everyone know about this company... Hope someone finds a way to shut them down...!!!!!

I hear nobody gets a refund but your credit card company will allow you to dispute; your bank debit card may have Fraud Protection. Report it to your bank ASAP. And have them block that debit card from further charges. I couldn't get through on my cell phone but the call from my land line went right through. (They probably scam your phone number some how) I had ordered Power Flush 500 as well as the accia berry. What a big scam all these free trial offers are. I should've known better.

I signed up for Acai Elite through InboxDollars as part of a free 14-day trial offer on February 26, 2009. I copied the exact cancellation instructions from the website:

I understand that by ordering Acai Elite, I am agreeing to receive Acai Elite for a 14-day trial period (days of availability for actual usage could be less depending on shipping time) beginning on date of order. $4.95 (non-refundable) for S&P. I understand, I may be charged a non-refundable international transaction fee from my bank, for each payment made. I understand that unless I cancel by calling 877-350-8480 within this 14-day period, beginning on the 15th day my credit card will automatically be charged $87.13 USD (Free Shipping) for a 31 day supply of Acai Elite to be shipped at that time to my door. Thereafter, until and unless I cancel, my credit card will automatically be charged an additional $87.13 every 31 days for a new supply of Acai Elite. I understand all charges(including trial) are in U.S. dollars and all charges will change depending on current international exchange rate. I received the sample of 60 Acai Elite pills (with caffeine) on March 2 and I called 1-877-350-8480 on March 6, 2009 to cancel and was told that 'You are not in our system and will not be billed. Do not worry.' I repeatedly asked for a cancellation number and they adamantly repeated that I was not in the system and that I had nothing to worry about. I would not be charged.

On March 13 I was charged $87.13 and immediately called the number on my credit card statement: CHECKCARD MYACAIDETOX 1-866-955-4108 ON 03/13. The girl's name was Sheena and she repeatedly asked me if I understood the terms and condition and I said 'Yes, I understand, but I called on March 6 to cancel and was told that my name, phone number and credit card number were not in the system.'

I warned her that I would contact Bank of America and have them investigated for fraud and eventually she said she would 'Elevate the case to the refund department and please allow 3-5 days for processing.' I am currently waiting until Friday, March 20 before I call my bank. I have dealt with similar scam artists in the past and generally, if you use a credit card, you will be reimbursed by your bank.

I saw that you were able to return the items - I can't find any address to return it to and I've called NUMEROUS times and get no where....any info would be greatly appreciated.

just spoke to my bank who said that because this is set up like an over the counter transaction, if you cancel your card ,the details on their debit system dont macth up their end and so they cant debit any more

Hi I ordered on line and when i ring the 1-877-350-8480 I am told i'm not registered to use the number too. I live in the UK I have no e-mail adress for them and non of their websites give you contact details other than the above

Hi everyone, i have just read all your posts and am quite concerned now. I received in the post this morning a 14 day free trail of Acai capsules (which i am sure i didnt go through and order) but never the less, i have received!!
I got a little white leaflet with it saying to call 1-877-350-8480 if i want to cancel within 14 days.
I call this number today and got through to a lady who finally agreed to cancel my order and gave me a 7 digit cancellation code.
Have i dont enough now to ensure no payments will be made???
Any advice would be gratefully received
