this is EXACTLY what I did when I ordered as you did, here I am 4 months later still trying to cancel, i have gone through all the hoops, calling them "yes" it's canceled they say, and then next month, another shippment.
you'd better start gathering as much info as possible, your story is like mine and all the others.

I have been royally ripped off by these people.  Unfortunately, the web address is 'unknown'.  Any other ideas?  I'm really scared that I am gonna continue to get ripped off.

I ordered this product online and learned of their disreputable practices from a friend two days later. When I received the free trial I called the customer service telephone number that came with the product only to learn that the number is no longer in service.  I found the advertisement and website that I had ordered the product from and called the telephone number that was given on the site for placing an order.  I told the customer service representative that I didn’t want to place an order but instead wanted to cancel one. He asked me for my name and phone number and then told me that he had no record of me ever placing an order.  When I told him that I had already received the product and that he had already billed my credit card for the shipping, he insisted that I did not get the product from them. I then called my bank to explained this to them.  The bank cancelled my credit card and issued me a new one to prevent these people from making any more charges on it.

I ordered Acai Berry's free trial. I did notice it said they would be sending me bottles every month for $41.50...they charged me over $80 each month (CDN dollars). I called to cancel after my free trial ran out. It didn't work, I had to call again today in order to cancel. The woman on the phone told me that. when I cancelled the last time, they had no record of it. She asked for my cancellation confirmation number, which I was not provided the first time I called. Upon cancelling this time, she gave me the validation number.

Make sure you get that number, because if they charge you after cancelling, you can get your cash back by providing them with that number.

Had the same thing happen only a differnt product. mines was a trail offer for a smokeless electronic cigarette for $9.95 for my husband to possibly help him quit smoking; We received the trail offer, then 2 weeks later I received a charge on my debit card for $99.10 are you kidding me!!! I called and called over and over to cancel to no avail. That's not the only kicker, my husband is a diabetic, heart troubles and high blood pressure, ALL CAUSTIONs to not use the product if you suffer any of the mentioned. So now we got a product and a charge for something he can't even use!! Total rip off, the are 2 phone #s associated 1800-781-1095 on my bank statement and 1877-385-8480 on the shipping envelope with address: Fulfillment P O Box 2061 Sandy, Utah 84091

Oh by the way I cancelled my bank card to avoid any future charges!!

877-350-8480 This is a number given to me about a refund I was saposed to be getting back in December of 2009. I ordered the machanical cigerett without charge, only shipping and handling. I started getting all kinds of crazy phone calls where no one with talk. A couple weeks of this I noticed a charge of $99.10 to my bank account. Turns out that I was automatically signed up for a "membership" that I never approved for $99.10 a month. It takes 20+min to get through there number 877-350-8480. They approved my refund (which I havn't received)and now are saying my refund is under review. My bank is willing to fight them. I have the email saying my refund has been prossed and now they change their mind? I keep calling for humor and keep asking to speak to a supervisor. There are no supervisors available each time. So then I ask for the billing department phone number and they have none. As many times a day they would call me, I give it right back to them. This is insain how they rip people off!!! I'm still fighting and won't give up until they give me my $99.10!!! I told them my attorney is wondering why it's so hard to speak to a supervisor also and they told me to have a good day. LOL!!! DON'T give up or they win!

Keep me posted because I'm ready to press charges!! I had the same thing happen with the same company. My bank is stepping in. I have an email saying they have processed my refund and 3 weeks later my refund is under review in the billing department without a phone number. I'm not going to stop until I get my refund and I can keep you updated. Good luck!!!

I  received unwanted capsules from Big Time.  it says to phone 1-877-350-8480  which does not work!  What code should I use from Northern Ireland.  I never ordered these capsules in the first place.

Even if I return them to the Big Times address in Utah address in America it is going to take ages to get to America!  I don't know who sent them to me and there isn't any return  address!!
