Hi,

Just ordered the free product and called 877-350-8480 to cancel any future orders. Thought I'd get a jump start on the cancellation process. I was given a conf.# for canceling and she told me that no future orders will come to me and there were no other steps for me to take.

I wanted to ask if this sounds right? Are you still having issues? Do you suggest anything else for me to do?

Appreciate your thoughts?

I have been calling them since 11/4 and  they have promised me a refund since then.  It is now 12/5. They are complete liars. Has anyone really received their money back from these criminals?????? 1 877 350-8480

To any UK readers looking at this, I tried for a couple of hours on and off, got through ok but went straight to music while on hold, only stayed on a couple of minutes at a time (international call rate)tried again at 8.15pm and decided to stay on hold for as long as it took, got through to "Mary" in about 3 minutes, who I must say was very helpfull, gave me the spiel that everyone else has posted here and then gave me my 7 digit cancellation code, maybe I touched lucky,don't know,but cancelled credit card this afternoon to be on the safe side.
P.S. free sample went in bin, sounded all a bit dodgy.

I too signed up for the 'free trial' and then received the goods with note to say will charge within 14 days $89.31 each month unless contact the number.  So far no joy getting through - have cancelled my card so at least they can't access money.  They are a real SCAM - advice to anyone do not touch them or anyone similar!!!!

PriceLimbo is a scam.  Acai Berry is a scam.  Fit Factory is a scam.  It all started with an order on Beachbody.com.  THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM!!!

I have cancelled my credit card that these orders were placed on.  It was the ONLY way to stop it!

Good luck, let me know if you get them...I will if it is the last thing I do...Just cancelled on the phone with a lady I could not understand, it is a bunch of bull, they sole 89.00 plus from my account, not again, it is closed, gone...these are real puches..

Have sent a request for cancellation to price limbo and fit factory awaiting response but card is cancelled anyways

I called at 6am it was very quick at this time so anyone who needs to call do it first thing!

i was also told that they had canceled my order and just noticed another $11 charge a few days ago, I called over two weeks ago. Master Card is not being very helpful because I initiated the sale. Now i have to send a registered letter and send it to Master Card too.
I feel like an idiot and Master Card is not helpful in the process at all.

Hi my name is ann kinchin, i have just rang the tel no 0018773508480, it was answered straight away, is spoke to a lady she asked me for my full name and posal address and asked why i was cancelling the order, she gave me a 7 digit no which is the cancellation no, i hope this will help you and also that i will not hear anything more from them, i have learnt my lesson, as a matter of interest does anyone know if these tablets actually work.

I rang the 877-350-8480 number to cancel the charges on my credit card.  They refused to reverse the charges.  They did agree to cancel any further shipments and gave me a confirmation number along with the following address for corporate headquarters:

i signed up for the trial of acai pills as well but never received them. about a month later i had a charge of $89 on my account and received a bottle of 60 tablets. assuming this was finally my trial bottle i opened it and tasted one. i then found the 801-208-7485 number on the package and called to see what was going on with the charge to my account. i got right through with no waiting but the guy told me that he would have given me a refund if i sent the bottle back to him. i didnt think that was fair because that was my trial bottle fair and square. but i told him i opened it and he said i sould have called to check with them before i opened it. why??? i dont call old navy before i open packages they send me that i ordered. but if i would have called i would have realized this was not the trial size bottle, it was what they were charging me the money for. turns out i never received my trial bottle so i just opened the first one i received! i am only getting half of a refund now...if that even happens. just be careful, and call them before you open anything...it will save you lots of money!

I had to cancel my debit card to get all the charges from attacking my checking account! Good luck! These people should be sued! Not to mention you have to deal with crap Indian customer service reps that you can hardly understand!!

Called +1 801 208 7485 at 4.15 gmt. Music playing for 5 mins then Kim answered, took all my details which she confirmed back to me, asked me the reasons for cancelling then gave me a cancellation number. I asked if there was anything else i needed to do to cancel and she assured me there wasnt. I did this the minute i received my trial bottle and saw the note. Lucky i did see it as i would have thrown the packet away!!
Will post again if i do get charged, so fingers crossed!!! Good luck everyone else who is panicing like i have been!

I wished I had seen these postings early on.  I got the same charges and spoke with with the same ass***.  I guess I'll wait and see if my credit card company can get these charges off.

We were able to contact them at 1-877-350-8480.  After arguing about their terms and the "satisfaction guarantee" on their site for 20 minutes, they relented and agreed to return the purchase price if we return the unopened bottles.

This is clearly a clever scam that the company is pulling on people.
