I am in the process of being on hold for this number to cancel my account. How disheartening that they have been able to stay in business with this ugly and dishonest tactic.  ;-(

I am waiting now...I never called them to order nor do I want the product...I think I am at the 15 minute mark now. I already had my card cancelled, but they burned me for $3.95, it isn't much but still it's mine.
You also have to contact Fit Factory and Price Limbo (which has these numbers associated with it's web site, the 877-350-8480 and the 801-208-7485)  Good Luck to all..I am still trying to get all this  crap cancelled....

Can not get through to these numbers to cancel, and I too was charged the $85 (?).  I will not stop till I get my money back and they are in jail!

you will wait on hold forever, but eventually someone does pick up. the "customer service" rep will try to extend the free trail and send an extra bottle. stay firm and cancel. once they realize you are cancelling the rep will become rude with you and very short in her answers. make sure to get a cancellation confirmation number and also the name and id # of the customer service rep.

Was advised to call this number (877-350-8480) if I wanted to cancel an order for Acalberry which I never ordered. Told if I did not call and cancel product would be charged to my credit card. Have no idea how they got my name and address and credit card info, as I never authorized. Over two day period called about 12 times and only got busy signal.

I have been trying for 4 days now to get through and cancel because I ordered the trial so I ended up calling my credit card company and told them the situation and they put a note on my account that if this amount came through they were going to dispute it but I would still have to keep calling to try and cancel it as well.

try calling your credit card company. I've had good luck and they are very willing to help me dispute the charges.

I had $89.31 + 3.95 charged to my credit card for no reason. Who is that company? I call that number but get no answer. Any help?

I actually tried calling this 877 number as well and it was busy for about 15 minutes of trying to call. Finally the number went through and i was put on hold for 15 minutes but it eventually went through and I was able to cancel my order. I just set the phone down and left it on speaker until someone picked up. Thankfully everything is in the clear now! Hope everything gets figured out for you!

If you ever ordered Acai Berry free trial tablets, the "terms and conditions" (which aren't tucked away in a separate link when you order) state that they will charge you that amount every month until you cancel your order.  They also do not accept returns on product they have shipped you.

If you ever ordered a free trial of the Acai Berry or power cleanse stuff, their terms and conditions (on a separate page on the website) state that starting 14 days after your free trial has started, they will be charging you that $81.37 every month (forever) until you cancel.  That is, if you can get through to them by phone.  AND they do not accept product returns (also stated in T's & C's).

I have tryed to call this number because they charged my card $89.31 instead of the $3.95 for shipping and handling. They say 14 day free trial but they charge your card 3 days after they ship item. Beware of
FAST Melts 30!! You call the number and they tell you your call can't didn't go through or a busy signle. I called the number that was on paper inside the envelope 1-877-350-8480 to get my money refunded back on my card and the samething.I had to cancel my card because of this. I have reported this to the FBI Internet Crime department. If you Google 1-877-350-8480 you will see a number of complaints. Anyone having the same problem  you need to report this to http://www.fbi.gov/ and then click on Report Internet Crime. This is a scam company advertising on MySpace and I'm sure on others!
