So I've been Trying to Call since Thursday (today is Monday) with no luck. I was on holdtwice for 40 plus minutes on Thursday, Friday on hold again forever, Saturday a message about the phones down while they made repairs- today I've only managed to get a busy signal. This is crazy!! How do you stop it

I did get through to them.  They said they were on backorder, and that the Fit factory program, or some program is in the terms and agreement, yeah right.  Anyway, just hang on, you will get through, and I told them to just cancel me all together because I didn't want to be charged $80.00 later on.  We'll see.

call the 801 number. I just hung up from them, took me a total of like 3 minutes. Do it early in the morning

thanks for that extra number 801-208-7485...I called I don't know how many times and finally when the music starts playing just stay ON! you may be on hold for 30 min but someone will eventually pick up. I spoke with some guy Owen and he cancelled my order. Just keep trying!

I called the 801 number and it went through the business hours and then it hung up on me i do not how many times.  Should i just change my credit card number?

I too requested the 'free trial product' which I received today.  Upon calling the 1-877-350-8480 number I was disconnected straight away.  I immediately called my bank who have now cancelled my card and are looking into this. I suggest anyone else who has any worries about this do the same. Clearly it is all a scam...

That disclaimer is NOWHERE in their Ad.  I am reporting them to the AG's office and the BBB.  How long did it take to cancel your order?

I was oh hold for 10 minutes (but I called wicked early).  I got someone on the line.  As they canceled my order, I should be receiving a refund for the 89.31.  We'll see if that actually happens!

I called the 877 number many times and I kept getting a recording saying the call could not completed as dialed.  So how do I cancel??

I saw Acai Berry Power 500 on Oprah and Rachel Ray so I thought it would be safe. I did the 2 week free trial for $1.00 S&H. I ordered my 2 week free trail bottle on 10/13/08. On 10/27/08 (2 weeks later) I still had not received my free trail bottle and my card had been charged $89.31 for not cancelling with in 2 weeks. Let me just state when you order this, the terms and conditions of the order do not come up so you have no idea that you are suppose to cancel in 2 weeks. When I received my free trail 2 weeks later there was a small letter with the terms. If you are going to give people a free trial, then send the product out for them to try it and cancel within the 2 weeks. What a freaking scam!!!!
I called 877-350-8480 on 10/27/08 and got my account cancelled and got my $89.31 refunded. They said it would take 3-5 business days. Today is 11/4/08 and still no refund. To top things off this morning when I checked my bank account I had a charge for $8.51 from pricelimbo.com same number listed as above (877-350-8480). So I called and got hung up on by some prick. My husband called back and talked to two guys 5 minutes after I did.  For one to continue trying to get our money back, plus he wasn't happy of how they talked to people on the phone, especially me. The last guy Al said that he would refund the $8.51 and cancel our pricelimbo.com account, but we would have to click a link to an email he was sending to have this happen, then we would get the refund in 14 business days.  He also said the $89.31 would be refunded back in 3-5 business days.  My husband told him to count with him as the 5 days was yesterday, November 3rd and if they were going to give a time frame, to make sure that they could follow it.  Al said he would forward to supervisor for an immediate refund.  I went ahead and cancelled my bank card and will be disputing the charges and turning into BBB, because I don't trust the refunds are coming, so I am not taking any chances.  The number 877-350-8480 works you just have to call early in the morning and wait, but that is the key, don't hang up.  The wait is generally 3-5 minutes, so be patient and when you talk to them, please speak your mind.  BIG SCAM, BEWARE!!!

I have never ordered this stuff and i do not know how they got my credit information. i called the number listed (877-350-8480)for almost a week till i was able to get a hold of them.This is what I was told:
The customer service rep. named Frau told me that she will cancel the charge on my credit card. But she said she does not know how they got my credit information. I asked if she could give me the website where i supposedly purchased this stuff she said it is fitfactory.com. I called fitfactory customer service and they said they have no records of me on their system. they also gave me a different number for Acai berry customer service. I called that number and the person said she works for Focus phone company and she only answers the phones for Acai berry and that she cannot help me.
Although, I have called my credit card company and they are going to investigate the charges but i belive that this is identity theft.
I will be calling the credit bureau and report this company but I believe all of us who have been jipped by this company should report them to the federal government so that some kind of criminal action be taken against them.

I was charged the 89.31 as well and it took 2 hours to get through and get a confirmation number to receive a credit. I checked my account last night to see if my credit had come and I saw no credit but a charge for 8.51 from a different company with the same phone number and after another 2 hours I received another confirmation number for a credit. I called my credit card company and canceled my card with the assurance that the credits will still post correctly. I am going to file a fraud complaint against both companies as I never gave anyone my credit card number.

I did not receive a call, however, a credit card I did not active was charged $8.51 at Price Limbo in Utah using this phone #.  FRUSTRATING that you don't active a card and there is fraud out there using your card a business that probably don't exist :(

By the way, I did report this to law enforcement and they are investigating.

I ordered on link on facebook in UK, how dishonest. How do you cancel from UK? what is code? Having read this I am getting scared that I have been had. Still not received any product and already money been taken.
