I have tried the numbers for a good hour today and have had no joy, so I called my card company and they have blocked all transactions and are sending me a new card witha  new number, which is a pain but the only way to be sure, especially with teh news that two other companies may also charge you if you cancel with the first one (see post below)..

This number is for Price Limbo.  I too ordered FREE Acai Berry.  I did cancel before the 14 days was up BUT apparently when you order this FREE product you are purchasing it through PRICE LIMBO.  They charged my credit card $8.51 for MEMBERSHIP in PRICE LIMBO.  I have called this number that appeared on my credit card statement.  The lady assured me I could cancel and even gave me a confirmation number.  She said it would take 14 days to process my credit.  FOUR weeks later I called at 9PM EST in order to get through to their Mountain time zone.  That gentlemen said the confirmation was not good! He asked for my email and said the next day I Would have to fill out a cancellation request.  Guess what?  The web address did not work.....imagine that.  
I have never seen such a scam.  I am going to report them to the BBB and any other agency I can find.

I never recieved the trial bottle and they also charged me the $89.31 for the full size. I finally contacted someone after they placed me on hold for 30 min and said they would refund, however according to the attorney general that will not be happening.

Please make sure you contact your attorney general as well!!!! if you live in florida let me know and i can froward you the form that needs to be filled out.. my email is sabic91@yahoo.com.. they are a HUGE SCAM AND NEED TO BE PUT IN JAIL

phone the number that is on your credit card, to whom it was charged, mine was Slimtabs - 877-615-4233.  Cancel your order with them and get a cancellation number.  Then ask them what companies they are associated with - mine were PriceLimbo and Fit Factory - you then have to phone them to cancel as well or you will ahve more charges.  I have now cancelled my credit card and getting a new number.  Wish I had found this before I had ordered.......good luck everyone.

Have not received refund.  I called AGAIN, talked to a manager, who, when asked what company this was and where their headquarters were, responded "I don't know where our headquarters are" and hung up on me!  Am now going to my bank to take some action.

how do you cancel it? i tried to ringt hem, was on hold for 10 minutes and then the phone went dead. please help?

What a scam. The first and last time I will order free trial of anything over the internet. After three tries, I finally got through. Cancelled my order, received cancellation number via someone named Adrian. Call and reported to my credit card company. Was told to keep trying to get through to cancel and wait until the first $89.15 appeared on credit card and file a dispute. Hopefully this issue has been resolved but will have to wait and see. Holding on to all of my paperwork just in case.

I called the number to ask them not to charge my credit card.  I did not even start the product once I read the note about the automatic charge I started calling them.  Today, I finally got through after having only received the product 3 days ago and the person I spoke to told me that my card had already been charged $89.31.  I told her that I would not pay it and wanted her to give me a confirmation number and her name.  So she could tell I was not happy and agreed to reverse the charge on my card once they receive the product back!!!  They want the product back after they agree to send it free if you pay the shipping!  Their note says 14 days after.  I think they delay shipping to try to get through the 14 day period before you receive it!!

I have a friend who went through the same thing.  Could not get through to those people at all.  So she turned the tables on them!  She reported her credit card lost/stolen to avoid getting charged for shipments she never wanted or received.

Hi I did the same and cancelled my card, but because its a visa company apparently they could be updated with the new details! Was yours a Visa by any chance and has it stopped them from taking money? Or did you close the Acc completely?

Hi i cancelled my Card the other day, do you think that they could still force me to pay up as they have my home Address?

My bank has confirmed that this is fraud and is reversing the charges.

I too was sucked in by this company but am happy to report that I phoned 001 877 350 8480 number ten minutes ago and spoke to someone who assures me they have cancelled my order and my details and that NO payments will be taken from my card other than, possibly, the initial trial postage cost. Not sure I trust them and may still cancel the card for security but at least I got through and hardly any waiting to get through!

Hi ...am getting a lil nervous about this Acai berry nonsense....just dialling the number 08773508480 the customer service number whihc says it does not exist...please help me here...

I have just phoned 001-877-807-7514 and it took about 1 min to get through from UK. I spoke to Ely and have cancelled any further transaction with them. Good luck to others trying to cancell.

TRY THIS TELEPHONE NO 0018778591105 i got through after about 3 mins music. They then agreed to cancel it and gave me a cancellation code of 7 numbers.
