i live in nc, so what time in the morning did you call the 877-350-8480 nunumber. I've been trying for 2 weeks with no luck!!

I ordered a free trial and at one point cancelled. They said I had already cancelled. Last week i received another bottle of the Acai Berry Pills that i NEVER ordered! I've called every day since i've received this stuff in the mail and have no gotten thru to anyone no matter what time of day it was.

Is this for the Acai berry pills too? I called it and it still has the operator person that says the time. It rang once and never did anything after that

I received my credit of $89.31 a day after my husband called and talked to Al. We are still waiting on the credit for pricelimbo. But atleast we got the big credit back.

MST time is 7 hours behind our GMT as office hours are 8pm to 5pm  its ok to phone after 3 pm our time.I have just phoned 0018773508480 and spoke to Sarah in Salt Lake, Utah, and she has given me a confirmation number and cancelled my account. good luck

I called the 877 number yesterday at about 4.45pm BST and cancelled it, the 1st time i rang the number there was no tone and i tried some of the other ones but then went back to the 877 number, finally got through and was able to cancel and was given a 7 digit code.

Regarding the Acai Berry pills - I called today - no problem the credit card will be credited within 14 business days.  The hours of business have also been extended to 9 p.m. mountain time and they're also available Saturday.  I await my credit on my visa.  Good luck to those still trying to make contact with this organization.

I got a charge on my cc for $8.51. After researching this site and others I found out it was linked to my AcaiBerry "trial off" that I never recieved. I did cancel that within the time limit and I was never charged but pricelimbo.com was not on my agreement. I called them and they said they canceled my account but could not give me a cancellation #. I called Wells Fargo and filed a fraud claim. I did offer to prosecute if need be. I had to get a new card and # in order to not have anymore charges from any other company. Bad business! All these people getting scammed.

I got through in 12 minutes at the 877-350-8480 number and cancelled any future shipments of the Acai berry and Price Limbo( whatever that is).  Jovi told me she could not cancel the Fit Factory (I didn't sign up for this either.  She gave me a number....866-407-1022 but the phone won't ring on the other end!  It just cuts me off.  Any suggestions?

I signed up for this nonsense too, realising as I hit the SUBMIT button about the fact that you have to call them in America to cancel within 15 days or they start charging you £89 dollars for this stuff.  It's buried in the small print at the bottom of the order page, no-one reads that stuff, right?  Lucky I did.  I rang them just now, they're 7 hours behind us as they're in Davie, Florida.  Got through to a nice woman within 15 mins, she cancelled the order for me.  I also asked her to cancel myPrice Limbo account, I didn't know what this was before tonight but it popped up.  They are the ones making the inital charges by the look of it.  She cancelled them both, will now be checking to see if any money comes out for the month's supply.  If so my bank have been told to dispute the payment.  Fingers crossed it works.

Just fell victim to the same scam, luckily noticed the small print as I hit the "submit" button.
I managed to call the company this evening, got through after 10 mins, and cancelled the order, as well as the Price Limbo nonsense they signed me up for.  They have given me cancellation codes for both so if there's any problems hopefully this will resolve things.  My bank have been warned that any such transactions are now fully disputed and to refute them.  
It's disgusting that this go on.  And to add insult to injury it's advertised on this website too!!

I received the pricelimbo of *.51 got to pricelimbo.com and email them thrutheir contact us, and it only took a couple days.  How did you get the big credit back?  I talked to someone and they said it would be refunded in 14 days and it is now going on 21 days and no refund!

I had exactly the same problem, i ordered the free trial then about 8 days after i noticed they had taken $89.31 off of my credit card, i received the free trial, and today 02/02/08 i have received the next months supply, i tried to dispute the amount before but have decided to let it go, but i did call the phone number on the envelope that it came in and they answered in about 5 mins, i have just phoned them and the time here is 17.48 i am in Saskatoon, Canada, they canceled my order but did try to get me to accept two bottles of acai berry for the price of 1 which i refused, they gave me a cancellation number and i also asked canceling my account with the fit factory, the lady i spoke to gave me the number for fit factory and when i phoned them they told me i did not have an account with them, so was pleased about that, the number for fullfillment is 1801 208 7485 and the number for fit factory is 1866 407 1022, both these numbers answered my call within 5 minutes.

Has anyone received a refund.  I have been in contact with them and have gotten a confirmation refund number since November 6 - here we are December 3 and I still haven't seen it!

I did not receive a call from these folks either. I went online like every one else and ordered the acai berry free trial.This was on 11/17, which i still have yet to receive. Now I know why charges totalling over 140.00 have been deducted from my account. I wish i had known about 800notes.com before i started this nightmare. i am about to begin the phone calls.
