received repeated msgs. asking to return call to this number. No details. Called and asked why I was being called repeatedly and was asked which business I was with. I told them this was a residence and that I was probably called by mistake - was rudely told that it didn't matter if I wasn't a business and that she'd be calling me back.  I told her I would be calling the BBB and she hung up.

I just got a message from these guys, just a recording, but I haven'tbothered calling back. When we lived in Kansas we'd get calls all the time from people saying they'd been left a message to call back to our number. We live in North Carolina now, so I have no idea why they are calling or what they could possibly want.

I get calls from this number all the time.  I get an automated message with no details for the reason of the call.

Get REPEATED calls. Every few minutes. 12 in one day. Message left to call and when I did they demanded to know what number I was calling from. I said you keep calling me and to stop. I was asked for SS#, telephone # address, etc. I refused to give it and told them to STOP. The man said I will call you whenever I want, as much as I want and you can't stop me. Was very intimidating and threatening!

Received a call at my work telephone number.  Was an automated message.  Paraphrased - This is Bob, I need you to call me as soon as possible, 913-541-9225.

Received automated calls two or three times to call this number, but never called them back because they didn't identity who they were. I got a real call that hung up so I called them back and spoke with a gentlemen who was very rude. I tried to explain that they were calling the wrong information that I was HEATHER Rich not DANIEL Rich and he wouldn't let me finish telling him what I knew he just kept shouting questions. I had to call 5 times to get some one who would listen and not hang up on me. I am currently searching for a way to report them as I don't want this to show up on my credit report as it is not my bill. I am contacting the FTC and filing a complaint....

i have been receiving calls from this number for quite sometime.  i have called them back MULTIPLE times, but when they answer, i always ask, "who am i calling?"  they inform me they are kansas counslers, to which i respond, "what do you do?" ...and they ALWAYS hang up.  i don't know why they are calling me.  the messages i receive are about 50% recorded, and 50% from a person who makes the message sound like there is an emergency and they need to speak with me immediately.  

they NEVER identify themselves as anything more than kci, and will NOT tell me why they are calling.  i am COMPLETELY fed up with this and am going to contact the BBB with hopes they can assist me.  if that doesn't work, i will more than likely change my number.

Called my place of employment and left vague message and have no idea who it is or what they wanted.  When I called back no one answered.

Got calls from several numbers, 913-307-9052, 913-825-3673, 913-599-4037 all are from KCI saying this is so and so and I really need to get a hold of you.  I checked my credit report and I don't have any outstanding debts so I am not sure why they keep calling me.  Every time I ask they always ask who I am and when I don't answer them and ask them why they are calling me they hang up.  It's quite frustrating.

I have received calls almost daily for the last 2 months from KC Counselors from the following number 913-599-4037. I spoke with "Jeff" who was extremley rude. I asked him what company he is with and he proceeded with "Obviously you didn't understand me". I am "Jeff" with KC Counselors, a collection agency and you owe $181.00 from November 30th, 2005. I advised I have no outstanding bills. I pay all my bills when I receive them. He asked if I have check my credit report lately. I advised "No" I have no reason to check my credit report because I have excellent credit. He said that I can pay my bill by giving him my checking account number. I advised him I will pay nothing until I know exactly what it is for. I advised I hadn't received any bills for $181.00. He said they sent me a bill and it was never paid. He then said it was sent to a specific address in which was my old address that I haven't lived in for almost 6 years. I refused to pay and hung up. I then called back and spoke to "Lynn" and she was very calm. I advised that the bill didn't make any sense to me. I advised I had emergency surgery in 2005 and it didn't make sense that the hospital would have an incorrect address. I asked who was going through the collection agency to collect the money. She advised that it is confidential. I asked her how it could be confidential when it pertains to them collecting money from me. I am going to contact the Better Business Burrow....................................

I've been getting these calls off and on for a few months. I'm not Samantha, my voice mail message has my name on it. There isn't even a Samantha at my work.

I have received calles from this number at work, they are not allowed to call your place of employment.  Messages have been vague, this last time
they left me a message on the general company voicemail.  How illegal is this?

Do you know what kind of counselors?

They are calling looking for my son.  They have called on my cell phone number and I don't answer the number anymore.  Now today they have called my work number.  This doesn't even pertain to me and they keep calling.  I answered one time and of course they wouldn't tell me anything. They left a message on my voice mail at work because I was away from my desk.

913-541-9925, well I have caller id on my work phone so the phone call came in from 913-825-3776. When I tried to search for that number it came up as not listed, which usually means it is a cell phone - then they left the msg to call Bob at 913-541-9925.  Well, Kansas Counselors can bite me. I don't owe anything at all to anyone and yet they say they are collecting for a debt to direct tv for 200 dollars.  BS!  so no I am not paying them either!
