kansas councilers constantly call for my ex from 6 years ago, everytime telling them again that she doesnt live w me. they seem to be very sneaky and when i ask what company this was for she said it was confidential.

these are some of the rudest people i've ever spoken to i say spoken to because they don't listen or try to resolve anything they insult you and treat you like a dumbass piece of s--t they need to get facts RIGHT before making rude and insulting remarks

Are they allowed to call you at work? I've been getting messages from my co-workers with that number stating, "They've been calling alot."

Rec'd a call from 913-541-9925 asking for my father. When I stated he was not in, the woman on the phone requested if she could leave a message. I said "sure' at that point I heard her being prompted by a male to hang up and she did!

Yeah I was having the same thing happen to me. Several messages and missed calls from this number so I called back today and it was some [***] named Adam, his punk ass wouldn't give me his last name he didn't want to give me the address or any other information really. He was such a dick!

They CANNOT garnish your wages!!!

Just got a call at work.  Some lady asked for me and when I confirmed it was me she put me on hold!  I hung up!   I get calls on my cell with messages to call back,  but they never identify who they are or why they are calling me.

My lawyer told me that if you tell any bill collecter " I am protected from harrasment under federal consumer laws, at this time I request you stop calling me", If they call you after that,  you can be rewarded up   $500 per call in court. I only recieved one call, and they stopped after I cited this.

These people are hospital bill collectors, they work for dr. and surgeons.

I've been getting calls for months from this company, yes, I have a bill outstanding, but I have been trying to take care of my living situation. And now my husband just called them, and they said because he married me, my debt would be put on HIS credit?!!??!?!? Uh nooooo. But apparently they don't keep up with address changes, they still have my old address from months ago and failed to send me a proof of debt. No point in calling them. Just let it go to voicemail, they are rude and uncomprehending.

The call for bills that don't exist. They are CROOKS....someone has to do something about this b/s.

Ive had them call me about an "outstanding" bill. I knew insurance had paid, but I set up a payment plan anyway so I could clear up the insurance issue and so it wouldn't ding my credit score. I was right, and insurance paid and KCI promptly sent me a full refund. I recently received a letter about a bill that my insurance company hasn't paid on yet, and once again...they let me set up a payment plan so I could take care of things while safeguarding my credit score. I've never had any issues with them.

In kind, abused consumers will refer to their own attorneys to sue you and your boss for sloppy skip tracing, rude treatment, ignoring no-call demands, and chasing bills which are paid and disputed.
