I just got off of the phone with a rep from Kansas Counselors. These have to be scam artists. He insulted me, questioned everything I said and talked over me/interrupted me. I finally had to hang up because we were screaming at each other. I had already paid the bill a year ago and he just questioned WHO I paid. He argued about sending me a statement. I said that no real professional would talk to me this way. This is very upsetting. Especially because I don't owe the money. There HAS to be a way to stop these people!

No calls yet but got a letter saying mine is for toll violation in June.  It happened in Oklahoma. I have a pike pass. Have had for 26 yrs.  I will ok toll place.  I will not call them back for any reason. Debt scammers

My guy I talked to was actually helpful?!?!?!   Not a big deal.

Was he or wasn't he helpful? The multiple question marks indicate he wasn't while at the same time the multiple exclamation points indicate he was.

No problem.  Reasonable.  Just didn't recognize the number.
