KCI is collection agencies that use repeats calling harassments to get people to pay for something not owe. A local number I found is 913-825-3673. They always leave a recording to call 913-541-9925, there is always a record name added to the number.

Do not let KC rude calls cause you to pay for something you do not owe. Do not provide any information since they conduct random call on phone numbers. If you receive message from them, do not waste you precious time calling them back. They attempt to threaten you with calls to get money from something you do not owe.  Just delete their message and do not the harassment calls get to you.

Called home office and left message but vague. I googled the number and got here. CAller ID showed "Crete Carrier" 712-890-2007 but the message said to call back "Bob" @ 913-541-9925. I will not call back. Thanks for the info everyone!!!!

I have been receiving calls from KCI for about 2 months now.  I have not answered the calls because I never recognized the number 913-541-9925.  The message that is left on my cell phone is that I need to call Bob asap at this number.  I have not been sent to any collection agency and these calls are very harrassing.  They call me at all times of the day.  I do not understand how they can get my cell phone number when I can't get anyone's number.  I am either going to change my cell phone number or block their number.  I will also contact the Better Business Bureau.

913-541-9925....been getting calls from this number on a daily basis. they NEVER leave a message. I called the number back, they dont tell me who they are!!!!   Well, I found out that it is a Collection Agency, and they say that a Cynthia owes them 25.00!!!!   I do not know a Cynthia, and if they are trying this hard for a measely 25.00, they are really hard up for business.  I told them, they if they continue to call, I will call the BBB and the Atty. General.

many of the same complaints.  They are very secretive and wasting my time with unwanted recorder phone calls stating I need to call Vicky @ KCI PH: 913.541.9925.  When I called back they wouldn't give me any info why they were calling unless I gave them my phone #. (Of course, I didn't give them my phone# and told them it's "quid, quo pro") I asked, "Why are you calling me, and What do you want?"  They wouldn't answer my question and answered my question with a question.  They said I was wasting their time, and I told them they were wasting my time.  This must be a scam, because I don't have any past due bills either. I have received 3 of these calls in the past week and these are the only nuisance cell phone calls I ever get. Am reporting to Kansas Attorney General & FTC>

Receive calls from this number everyday...

My parents get calls from KCI all the time - and now they're calling my cell phone too. Thank goodness I'm planning to change my number next month. These calls are ridiculous. They want my parents to pay an outstanding gas bill that was under someone elses name, at their address. My mother told them repeatedly she has her gas bills from the same company and they've all been paid. Everyone at that company has been nothing but rude. My call told me to return theirs at 913-541-9925; yet the number my caller ID showed was a different number.

i too got that goofy "hi I'm steve, really need to talk to you" message at 913 541 9925.  they are attempting to collect on a debt -- apparently -- from my son.  They started asking questions and I said I'm an attorney and that I wanted something in writing from them identifying who they are -- they refused.  when i asked for the supervisor some rude guy went on a long rude tear about how he wouldnt tell me anything -- and then hung up.  thanks for the contact info because I will be writing them to tell them to stop the debt collection effort because the matter is disputed -- i guess because they won't even disclose the nature of the alleged debt.

I have recieved phone calls from 913-825-3625, 913-825-3629, and 913-825-6879. They left a message once and it was not for me. They keep calling, and I called back the number today and they just said KCI. I hung up to do some research on this company, and this site is all I could find.. Interesting. At least I know now not to give them ANY of my information..

Hi I also recived several messages from this company asking for my husband but the message was not business like at all the message states in a permisques manner" Hi Larry ( giggle ) this is Ann give me a call ok 913-541-9925 ok call me ok bye hun. "  So not knowing a woman by the name of ann I called the number to find out who it was. I soon found it to be a business number and asked to speak to a manager about the way that there agents were leaving messages on the phone. Instead of trying to solve the problem she insisted on knowing who I was and then tried to get my phone number out of me. I will be reporting this to the BBB they are very unproffesional and If I had not contacted them finding out that it was a collection agency I would have relationship problems at home all due to the permisques message they had left on our message machine. Totally Uncalled for!!!!

Just got a new cell phone and number and voicemals keep being left from KCI from a Maria.  I tried to inform them I just got a new cell phone and they have the wrong number...I was told they would take the number out of the system and they keep leaving messages.  I have only had the new cell phone for 2 days.  A message was left on it the day I got the phone.

A lady left a message on my cell phone stating to call her back at this number and that she is with Kansas Counselors.  I'm not going to call back.  I just got a new cell phone and only 2 people know this new number so far, so I'm guessing they have a wrong number.

i get 3 calls a day at different times: some around 8 am, some at 7:30 at night. they leave messages on my answering machine with a person's name trying to sound like they're a friend or that i should know what it's in reference to. very rude. they won't stop!

Numerous annoying calls/messages and will not provide a reason for call. Will not allow me to speak with supervisor and then hangs up. Calls/messages continue.

Started getting calls, at least once a day.  Called and talked to a man.  He told me what bill he was calling about and asked if I could pay it now.  I said I could not but if he could send me a notice of debt I would investigate it and pay it if necessary.  He BLEW UP!  He said they had already sent me one and he was not going to send another.  I told him the Fair Credit Reporting Act enforced that they must send me proof of the debt.  He said they did send it, it's my responsibility to receive it!  WTF??  Since when are private citizens responsible for the mail?  Man got very terse after that and hung up.  I'm still getting calls, but less frequently.

They weren't too happy when I informed them that I am clearly aware of this act from the FTC.  Haven't heard from them since.

Called Sunday afternoon. Not sure why they are calling. I think its the same collection Agency that has been calling me FOR years! I cant even spell the name of the person they are looking for more less pronounce it. Its the samething over and over again. I think I will just change this phone line to my fax #. ITs sad I pay my bills and still have to put up with nasty collection Agency. Can you sue these guys? They have been told over and over again. Look they even call me on Sundays

Tell them you need an address from the collection agaecy and ask them where they are calling from..After that tell them you are coming tomorrow with an ak-47 to kill them and everyone that works there.  Trust me they won't call anymore.  Plus its legal because a future threat is not a crime!!
