Well my cell phone number repeats the calls back to me at 913-541-9940, however, this caller left saying that the number is 913-541-9925. I had my cell phone call the number back, and no one answered.
This is a debt for my step cousin, and I stated to him that I was very upset that he gave my work cell phone number out. He has moved to Fl now, they will never find him. I don't even know his address or phone down there or the lady that he's living with.
I am going to report them to Sprint again!

kci called me and left a message. they were trying to reach a woman that i know. how did they get my cell phone number? i called kci to find out how, and they wouldn't tell me who they were. i finally got "kci" out of one of the [***] in that place. i asked what is kci, you guys working at the airport? they said kansas counselors. i asked what do you counsel, and they said the only way to help me was for me to give them information. so i said sure, go [***] yourself you [***]! how is that for information. i don't even owe them and they're rude! i found they're office in lenexa, on rosehill. someone should pay them a visit.

Once you tell them he us deceased they should stop! If there is no estate then they have no way to collect on it! You may want to visit this website and call your State agency if necessary...http://www.naag.org/contact.php. The agency I use to work for stopped calling once we knew for fact that the individual was deceased. Send them a copy of the death certificate with the letter they sent him if necessary. I hope this helps! :-D

I just told them that I moved from Kansas to the West Coast, not once but twice in the last 30 days and told them not to call before Noon their time and they told me unless I update my address they can call me anytime. Having worked for a collection agency I know for fact that if I tell them not to contact me before a certain time then it is against the law if they do. I am now filing a complaint with the State. Here are your rights:

I don't know where you are but they are two hours behind me, they are in Kansas City.

And just so you know, my old boss told me that we as bill collectors were known as "scum of the earth" and she owned the company! LOL Just thought I would give you a good laugh!

    Know your rights:

    http://www.naag.org/contact.php

And just so you know, next time you pay to a Company, show them your receipt. They will still get their percentage but they have to quit calling you. They refuse to call their client because they feel that their client is right by reporting you (which they were) but they will not check to see if you have paid it since. I use to work for a collection agency and I quit. I had too much of a heart for people and could not do that pushy type of work. There were atleast 3 in one week that I finally got my boss to call on that were definitely paid and had been for quite awhile.

My boss use to tell me, these people are liars, they are professional debtors, they know how to work it. She says these people are out buying booze and drugs, don't believe what they tell you. I even heard a lady tell her I have $10 left to last two weeks and my husband needs it for gas to go to work and she said well can we put that $10 on this bill...I was like WTF? I couldn't do it anymore! That's just WRONG!

They won't! They will turn it over to an attorney right before the statutes of limitations is up and garnish your wages.

If you know that you are debt free and they may have the wrong number, answer it! Tell them that they have the wrong number and to next time leave a message as to who they are calling for so that you can call them back sooner to let them know they have the wrong number. If they continue to call you after that then know your rights as a consumer:
