- PrincessI just got one of these calls today from 626-960-3280. I had no idea about "Rachel" until I read the news on this site. I feel like a celebrity tried to contact me lol.
I made a complaint to the FTC anyway. I guess these "Rachel" people need to make some money somehow to pay the $9 million fine the FTC levied on them. - notsojolly replies to Truth4424Pretty sure you are correct there... the new one appears to be using a caller id spoof that reads "Lower Interest"... they are not out of business, just using a new name/location. Eight calls in two days, ...
- Willdav713 replies to Phone Research IS Programmer - the enemyI do two of three things when telephone terrorists trespass on my phone, I record the call, and I cuss them out and/or make terroristic threats to them and I post it on YouTube. Or I call forward selective to Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Claire McCaskill, or the FCC.
What's your cell phone number or home number so we can call forward selective some of those calls to you? - Willdav713 replies to Phone Research IS Programmer1. Who's telephone is it? It's not yours. and

President Obama would love that for his gun grabs!!!
When people call me, ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED, PERIOD.

- Willdav713 replies to IrratatedRun, don't walk to your nearest circuit court. Sue them in small claims, gather the evidence, record a copy of the voicemail messages, file an affidavit of inability to pay court costs. Wait for their response, if they don't reply to the summons the court sends you, you win by default.

Next time read the bill to them. Barbara Bush got tired of doing that for them, so it's your turn. - Willdav713 replies to Sick O'SpamWhy not? Call them 24 hours a day an eye for an eye. What are they going to do, call the police? The police would ask the telephone terrorist "What started all of this?" Do you think that they are going to tell the officer, I called them first, even though their number was on the Do Not Call List?
Takes clean hands to come to court.
However, if you want to sue them, I wouldn't call them back 24 hours a day, you could lose your case. - yefThe following thread has reports from today saying that "Rachel" called them.
https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-508-420-7410/4 - In WVCARDHOLDER SERVICES IS STILL IN BUSINESS, They are just operating under different name and numbers. The number 623-445-7092 calls my cell and home several times a week, sometimes twice a day. Now they say they are CARD SERVICES, affiliated with Card Holder services, and they want to lower my credit card interest rates & give a warning saying time is running out. I have told them I don't have credit cards to stop calling- they hang up on me and call again anyway. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or manager-their response is to hang up on me. Last month they called me at 9:30pm, I asked if they realized they were calling after allowed times for telemarketers and he exploded! He wanted to know what made me an authority on telemarketing, how did I know what number was a telemarketer and to "f' off and then hung up. I have tried to make them mad enough to remove my number and blown an air horn into the phone- they don't care, they call back the next day. It's ridiculous they get to annoy people like this!
For the person who said just ignore and let your machine answer- I have tried ignoring these calls- if no answer they call my house and/or cell again a few hours later. Yesterday my caller Id shows they called four times at my home and they left two messages.
I have tried blocking their number with two different types of systems- they then call from phone number that is one digit off of the above # or with 000-000-0000. I am so tired of this company and the rudeness! ( I am on both do not call list- it doesn't help!) - thinker of a real solutionThe only way to stop these types of calls from these scammers is to allow and have immediate public executions of the filth that commits these scams.
This is the world we live in and justice does not always prevail. It's not the wild west where you can clean up the streets with the gun. Even though sometimes it's exactly what is needed. - Gene StevensBold claims by the FTC that are nothing more than garbage. I'm averaging 3 phone calls a day from Cardholder Services. Is the FTC really doing something or just claiming that they're doing something in order to justify their continued existence? They already have at least a dozen complaint forms from me, so it's not like they don't know that the problem is still continuing. Granted, I stopped sending complaint forms about a year ago because it didn't seem to be doing any good. And the irony? I
