If you elect to participate, you are then asked for a return number. In an hour or so, Comcast (or a third party that they contract with) phones back to administer the survey.

- LeeSame as the others above. It was a call from Comcast for me to participate in a survey, but no one ever says anything when I answer. Just about as lousy a service as Comcast themselves! When I call back they hang up without answering also!

- ANNOYED| 4 repliesGot the call late at night. I was expecting a COMCAST survey. I had spoken to Gab from the Pillappines who was supposed to transfer me to a manager but hung up on me instead. No wonder I didn't get a real survey. Very disapointed in COMCAST service as usual. Did I mention I was on hold for 50 minutes?

- TravisI received a call from Comcast regarding a survey right after talking with them about over billing me for voice equipment that I never purchased. Comcast transferred me to their billing department and connected to a clueless rep.

- MayleahI received a call from this number while I was on the phone with Comcast to discuss a change in my service that I did not request and higher charges. The call I was on was the FIFTH one after being disconnected four other times and waiting anywhere from 10 to 50 minutes on the previous calls without resolution. I hope they call back so I can complete their "survey." I will let them know I am both frustrated and dissatisfied with their service. If they don't call back, I will go to their website to express my thoughts and opinions.

- SteveI actually picked up this time, since I dealt with Comcast earlier in the day. No one on the other end.
As far as Comcast, their new phone tree system sucks. Before you could connect directly to the desired department. Now apparently everyone does everything, (and knows nothing?) and the phone queue is horrendous. Since I block 800 # calls, call backs would not do me any good. After a half hour of trying, I finally got a real person who helped.
But I swear if Comcast can't get some phone support, I will look to Dish or Direct TV. - Becca B.I do not know who this number belongs to and if it is a sales call I would like my number drleted from the list. - MarvComcast; they were supposed to call when our internet and phone service was fixed. They never called, and its still
slower than DSL; Sadly. We switched to Comcast to get the reported faster speeds, and get away from indifferent
billing from the phone company, and get long distance for free. Did not expect such crappy service. I wished I took

- ComcastSux replies to sharonSame thing happened to me. I was transferred from one Comcast rep to another. While speaking to the second rep, someone was calling me for the survey on the first rep. Comcast continues to be annoying in so many ways!
- GeorgeDon't know if this is Comcast but from reading the comments, it sounds like their behavior....I do have their service which means they do not have to honor the "do not call list". I simply do not answer unknown numbers & usually they will stop calling fairly soon. However, they will try calling several times from different numbers. When will they learn that if we want to make changes or add a service we will call them! Golden rule "I never, ever buy anything over the phone".

The 3rd party that answers there calls no nothing more than the people in the states. They put you on hold and transfer you to either messages that says their office hours are now closed please call back and your already trying to reach them at 10am in the daytime. They are by far the worst service provider when it comes to communication. They offer you one price and by the time you get your bill it has doubled...There CEO can't care because looking at all other comments from the consumers, they have the same complaint. I guess as long as the CEO is getting his yearly bonus he's good while the peon's are just hanging up on you...with the "I don't care attitude"....Please do not use them as a cable/internet/or phone provider if you don't have to (search for other options); otherwise you will be writing a bad complaint/comment as we all are... - ScottCalled me just after I spoke to Comcast, but there was just dead silence on their end.
