- A userAgree. Same thing happened today: It was a call from Comcast for me to participate in a survey, but no one ever says anything when I answer. Just about as lousy a service as Comcast themselves! When I call back they hang up without answering also! So I Didnot get any chance to complain!!!
- AJAgree was from Comcast because I had just gotten off phone W/ them in some country. & had asked if I would do a survey. I told them if phone call went well. It's didn't. They can't find my refund check & their rep wants a 2 year lease. Stated no. But still wants to come out asap to 'hook me up' to everything. Just moved; all I have is a bed & a landline phone. So glad my son is an experienced CIS. As even he says AT&T are charging too much. Never locked their equipment & my tv full of stupid favorites. Need more choices!

- Jane NavarroThis was a call for a Comcast Customer Service survey, as I had agreed to when I called them.

- No name givenThis is from Comcast. I called Comcast this morning because I have a service tech coming today and I wanted a courtesy call of when the tech is getting close. While I was on hold to be transferred, I was asked if I would participate in a "brief survey" following the call. Since Comcast is notoriously lousy for customer service, I said "yes" so in case it went badly, I would be able to give feedback. After saying "yes" the automated service said they would call me back at my number "within 30 minutes." I had hoped to get transferred to the survey upon conclusion of the call and didn't know that they would be calling back after the call was handled. So they did call from this number and it is apparently Comcast doing that follow-up survey. I didn't answer though because I didn't know that number.

- MichelleI agree to do the survey, which would not have been a good one. The phone rang 1 time, and disconnected. I they must not have really wanted my feed back.

- ConnieGot a call at 2:15AM. Did not answer. Never had Comcast.
Having a family member in the hospital, I did not appreciate having them call me at this hour. - MarriedI got a call from this number on Saturday, did not answer and they did not leave a message. I blocked them
- RoyRIf this number is really the Comcast customer survey line, then why don't they have the professional and human being decency to identify the call as "Comcast." Typical arrogant and contemptible Comcast attitude, from the world's largest employer of liars, deceivers and misrepresenters. I did call about issues with the Comcast service, and got the usual take it or stuff it attitude that maybe we'll have a tech out the day after tomorrow to resolve the problem. When you finally get past the insipid computer voice and can get a supposed human being to talk to, they want everything including the social security number, which I refuse to give. Isn't the name, address, phone number, account number, and date of birth sufficient to identify the "customer" (the latter word not being in the Comcast vocabulary)? I don't trust any Comcast employee with my SSN, as they already permitted an employee identity thief to use it to open up credit card accounts and take out a car loan. Also, asking the caller to enter the last 4 digits of the SSN by phone is another invitation to identity theft, and I refuse to do it. A pox on Comcast, all of their liars and their contemptible, arrogant attitude. No wonder they are rated as the most hated company in North America, but they are probably proud of this.

- MiamiBoy| 1 replyI had spoken with Comcast 5 minutes before this call and indicated that I would NOT participate in their survey. They called, anyway. They've done this before. Why they bother to ask is beyond me since they call, regardless. I did not answer the call.
