Typical Comcast arrogance and failure to listen to their customers, call comes through with no caller Id, so it gets rejected by our call blocker. From us as well as numerous others, as indicated in this forum, we have been repeatedly telling them to get "Comcast" programmed into their caller machine, but of course they won't do it. Comcast is obviously not interested in customer feedback or satisfaction. No wonder five years in a row it has been rated the most hated company in the U.S.

It IS Comcast. I just called them to solve a phone issue and they asked if they could call back for a survey.

Same here.  Just got off the phone with them about a billing issue and agreed to a survey when it was done, however, with the ridiculous amount of spam and scam calls, you'd think they'd have the number appear as Comcast rather than this random number.  Amazing that a mega corporation like Comcast who offers telephone service just doesn't get it.

I don't think this is really "Comcast"--I was on the phone with the REAL Comcast to transfer my service when this call came in! I don't know anyone in Philly, so didn't answer. No message. If it was Comcast about my service they normally would leave a message--or, they don't really call me they text or email.
Anyway, seriously doubt it's even Comcast, probably a phishing scam!!

I called Xfinity fraud lien- after using several buttons, actually got a guy who wrote up a fraud phone call ticket and said he's investigate. 1-800 266 2274 number offers a $100 gift card for $4.95 AND your credit card number. FRAUD. Everyone should call and get it addressed.

267-388-1837 called to do Comcast Customer Service survey.  I would have given them negative numbers if it has been possible.  These people don't give a crap about their customers.  I was over sold when I moved to my new house 2 years ago but was stuck in a contract.  I called to get rid of channels I don't watch and a phone i never use.  The gal was very nasty when I wouldn't tell her all the channels I watch...really I would know how to tell you the name of ALL the channels I watch.  I am on the hunt for another option!  Comcast or are they Xfinity are over priced..their commercials on TV are a complete joke...they don't care about their customers!!!!!!!!!

Spoofed caller ID showing Comcast... We don't have Comcast service so we would not have been called by Comcast asking to participate in a survey as some of the other individuals posting on this number.

ah yes. service sucks , they own you. insult to injury. they call and hang up. or tell you if you don't upgrade all services will be shut off.  comast sucks!

It's Comcast, I was disconnected while discussiing promotions with them and they called back on this number. It's sad with as many scammers out there it's prevented us from trusting calls that where once just normal, now it's  a fight to protect ourselves from all kinds of scams.

I think this is fraudulent.  I had someone try to use my xfinity account to purchase two iPhone 8 pluses. I contacted xfinity and cancelled before the phones got shipped out. The phones were supposed to be shipped to  a Maryland address.

And you only "think this is fraudulent"?  So what would convince you that it really is fraudulent?

Comcast survey after a connectivity issue. Called several times even after I completed the survey using this number displayed as Philadelphia and some displaying Comcast. Also, they somehow have my unlisted cell and called it, too. This call was logged but there was no message - I  learned it was Comcast from posts here.

This is a legitimate number - if you don't want them to call - don't agree to a phone call survey after you talk to Comcast.

I did not afree to the phone survey, yet still received a call from this number with no mention of comcast in the caller id, just Philadephia

Automated call from Comcast trying to get you to take a survey after calling them.  Even if you say no to the survey, they still call.
