    I did not agree to a survey, but I did provide a callback number in case I was disconnected. The survey has attempted to call me two times now in the span of an hour - most aggressive survey attempt I've experienced.

    Was with Comcast "Loyalty" Department (not sure they know what loyalty means).  Right afterwards, got 2 calls from this number (Comcast Survey); each time I answered, was hung up on.  Now I think I need to do a survey on their survey calls.

    It is Comcast and there is no one on the other end.  I recently closed one account due to divorce and even though I was a joint user, I could not make any changes to said account without ex's auth. even though they could see I was the person paying the bill for the past 3 years.  So, I opened a new account in my name.  Keeping all the same devices, but since I am a new customer, could get in at the intro prices... which ended up being MORE than I was paying before, AND, they still can't unlink the two accounts.  They cannot set up my online account because all my other information is still tied to the cancelled account.  They also insist on some pin that they give you when you open your account... but that pin is mailed.  How the heck am I supposed to have a pin number to set up my online account, when I just opened it!  they said they need the pin for security reasons.... UMMMMM... they just took all of my information to open the new account.

    I am now on day 3 of trying to get the accounts switched.  My phone keeps losing service, wifi is dropped several times... I hate that we have no other option for internet.

    It is the automated call from Comcast when you indicate that you would like to comment on their service as part of a Survey. However, when they call, the line is silent, and there is no survey.

    The caller kept calling and calling until I just blocked them. I did not recognized this number. It was the fact that they were pretty persistent which made me suspicious!

    My landline number was not working, I had given Comcast my cell phone number to call me for the survey after my inter-action with them.   I missed the call on my cell phone, but when I was checking my cell phone this number 267-388-1837 came up listed as "SPAM CALL".   In reality it was their call back service to see if my problem with my landline number had been rectified.  So in reality it is not a spam call, just the number they use for their survey call backs.

    Same here. I SO want to change but nothing else here. Their prices are always double what they quote me and talking to them only screws up my service. The even offered me an old iPad for renewing and said it will be sent in 18 weeks! Really?! It’s my highest expense other than my rent, but no other companies to chose from. This number has been calling me twice a day for WEEKS! I opted out of the survey but still annoying me. I doubt they actually want to hear what I think of them!

    This is the call you agreed to receive back from Xfinixty / Comcast after you've spoken to a Comcast associate. It's a Comcast recorded message asking you to rate the service you received when you called 30 minutes earlier.

    Unidentified all inclusive resort trip to Mexico or Orlando, FL.  It definitely wasn't Comcast when I called the number back from a blocked line.
