- CheriComcast is hounding me with calls. They are so pushy, don't listen, and are just down right horrible! !!

- CDComcast Xfinity survey
- PaulMcGWell, if it is really Comcast, then why don't they have the common, human being professional decency to have "Comcast" show up on caller id? I have state of the art caller id, but that number shows up as "Philadelphia Pa." Is this the typical Comcast evil attitude toward all earthlings, especially their customers?

- ChrisTI received the same calls. Maybe there is a way of informing COMCAST their follow up survey comes through as an unknown number, thus no one recognize the number as being from COMCAST.

- Reg replies to SydKayI also didn't answer because it did not say 'Comcast.' Like you, I would have answered to take the survey I agreed to take.
- stevothe caller i.d. did not specify Comcast. I didn't answer because: 1. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize 2. there has been multiple calls before from telemarketers. 3. robo calling is popular nowadays. besides they leave no messages anyway.

- Sonja replies to MiamiBoyWhen I called Comcast this morning to try and get a better rate, the automated system mentioned that I might be "chosen" to take their survey at the end of the call. When I finished my call, I didn't think about a survey. I just hung up. Within 5 minutes, my phone rang with this number and "Philadelphia, PA" on the caller ID. I don't usually answer numbers I don't recognize that don't list a business name. I answered the phone and prepared to note which scam was calling. The automated system said this to me: "Thank you for agreeing to participate ... blah, blah, blah". Nice of them to assume that I would actually take their survey. I hung up.
Short rant about "customer service surveys". I get it. They want to know how they're doing. It just takes a couple minutes of my time. Multiply that by every company I do business with and those "couple minutes" begins to add up. My roommate banks with Key Bank. He is self-employed and is frequently at the bank to deposit payments from his customers. He prefers to bank the old-fashioned way and goes to the tellers. He gets a "how are we doing?" call after *every* visit. I can see even a couple times per month, but Every. Single. Time?! We finally blocked their number. - Comcast SUCKS| 1 replyI need to get a SmartTV so that I can get reasonably priced cable TV. Comcast waits about an hour after account payments are due then they start calling over and over and over again. I received a call at 8:45PM. I could not have been more pissed off about the hour of the call and small amount they were asking for. Like a late payment of $104 is going to break their bank.

- TheRealSeriously® replies to Comcast SUCKSYou don't need a freakin' SmartTV to get good prices. What idiot told you that?

- mikeWe were living in Hawaii a year ago and paying 163 dollars a month and now for the same service we pay 203 dollars. Nothing like a monopoly and especially one that preys on fact of supply and demand. PNW is in demand and more moving here from all over the country. Comcast is ripping us all off as we speak.
