It's simple: don't click the button to take the survey and they won't call. I'm not a huge fan of Comcast, although they seem to be doing better with my account, but it's not their fault that you willingly promised to take a survey... wow.

Was a Comcast survey after I made a call to their customer service line.  (Yes, their customer service sucks.)

Yeah, it was Comcast.  I agreed to take the survey (had excellent service), but before they called me back I received a robo political call.  Thought this would be the same and didn't pick up.  My bad.

Comcast...Actually, it's legit. I had to call Comcast, and before the call went through, I was asked if I'd like to fill out a survey. I accepted.

I'm getting the calls while I've been on the phone with a Comcast rep for the past hour and a half.  Annoying.

Just a comcast follow up on customer service call.  The first time, I let the call go and no message left.  Then I googled the number and found this thread.  So, picked up next time and went through survey.

Yep, Comcast doing a customer service survey.  I said I would do it, but forgot when they called after a bit, and I didn't see the Comcast on Caller ID.   Would have taken it if I had.

This is the number for Comcast feedback survey.  When you call Comcast with an account related question there is an automated request for you to respond, after your call is ended,  to a followup satisfaction survey call to express your opinion about the service you received from the Comcast customer rep.  Unfortunately, when the customer satisfaction call is made, the number appears on your phone w.o. any caller identification.  That makes it more likely that it will not be answered.  It was only when I read these postings that I realized what the call was about. I would have liked to respond, but it was too late.  Calling the number back doesn't work--you cannot access the survey.  Maybe theywill call back.  I had great service from the Comcast agent and I would like to indicate that on the survey.  This is a flawed system, Comcast.....

Yup.... Comcast/Xfinity.  After spending more than an hour doing two "chats" with two different folks in India, and a direct phone call to "account activation" where I actually spoke to someone from India, I received the "survey" call.  They asked how I would rate their overall performance, asking me to say a number from one (poor) to five (excellent).  I was anxious to give them a "one", since they didn't allow "0".... but every time they asked me to say the number, I said is the most precise, clearest English possible, and the system said it couldn't understand.  After four tries, and even pushing the "1" on the keypad, it wouldn't accept my input.  Probably programmed to do that if you want to rate them "poor", so they don't look as bad.  Comcast SUCKS the big one ! ! ! !

Don't tee off on poor Kacey (last seen in 2013) - she was only reporting, not supporting.   I am not sure ANYONE likes Comcast.

I talked to a tec at Comcast yesterday and told him about all of the comments regarding this number.  Told him he needs to contact the complaint department and let them know what is going on here and tell them to put a caller ID associated with their numbers.  If they do that, maybe more people would answer for their survey!!

I always agree to rate Comcast's tech service but when the phone rings, the caller I.D. doesn't come up as Comcast, so of course I don't answer the unknown number. How clueless can a tech company be not to leave an expected message?

Bill, my thoughts exactly.  Why would they NOT have the Comcast ID on the call (instead of Philadelphia PA) if they want a survey response.  Maybe it's just a service center doing the follow up call and NOT Comcast, but they will not get the feedback they are looking for with a caller ID like that.  With all the junk/scam calls with similar caller ID notations that we get, when I get an incoming call like this I just ignore it and then block the number (after checking 800 notes first).  I won't block this number (for now) and maybe they will call back, in which case I will answer it and provide feedback on the service call as well as their company not being identified - which will be ignored by most of us....
