I would still take Ma Bell from the 60's any day I H-* corNcast too compared to Comcast.  I have had soooooooo many issues with them it is unbelievable.  I use to have Optimum about 5 years back. Honestly I never had an issue with them.  But up where I live now it is COMCrxp or Direct TV.  That's it!  What happened to not being able to have a monopoly???

TWO Calls right in a row from this # @ 12:20 and 12:43 PM today, 9/22/15. No message left, claims to be Comcast! We use another provider!

Don't know who, don't care.  I answered, there was a moment of silence then an automated message started with "Thank you for agreeing to" that's when I hung up and blocked the call.  At no point have I agreed to participate in anything.  What pisses me off is this is calling my cell phone which I pay for the minutes.

Number was not identified as Comcast so I didn't answer. They called again. It was a survey rating 1 - 5. It would have been more productive to have had to opportunity to tell them the lousy service instead of a number rating.

Used Comcast support (useless)... Never figured the survey would be REALLY EARLY in the morning the next day.

I received 2 calls from them but I have the number blocked.
Here is what I have experienced with Comcast survey in the past:
I called them for a problem I was having. Automated system asked if I would take a survey after my call. I said no. I was then disconnected from the call. I called back 3 times the same thing happened. I called the 4th time, asked to do a survey, I said yes and was put through. How Interesting.

BOYCOTT COMCAST - they outsource their call centers to Mexico, and most can barely speak English, nor be understood (great people, but we're talking a company and product people are paying for). Those jobs should be in AMERICA. Done with them.
