Repeated phone calls which I do not answer. They never leave a message they just keep calling back.

they call and so i finally answered and told them to remove me from their calling list after they stated they were a company attempting to help small businesses to grow financially. what a load of crap.  so again i asked them to stop calling. i warned them it was a verbal request and if ignored i would file harrasement suit. well they called again so i have installed Mister number and now it automatically sends the call the a que and well it comes up as a SCAM #

Based on what I have read when I google this number the company name is Comendity.  I can only speak about  what I'm dealing with.  I have been receiving calls from this number 7 days a week including SUNDAY'S .   These calls start before 8AM and continue up to 10PM and that goes on 7 days a week.  Not once have they ever left the first message.   Regardless of who they, wheather Individual  or a Business  or even Debt Collector they DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to HARASS ANYONE  like they are.
I will make it my mission to see to it they get whatever it is I can legally give to them for treating good decent people the way they have been treating this. I would think there are other ways to accomplish  whatever personal or business dealings this Non-Professional company called Comendity has with the people they are Harassing.   Based on comments that I  have read this sorry excuse of a Company that call themselves Comendity have shown that they obliviously have no people skills or properly trained employees.

Here is everything you need to know to send them a certified, return receipt cease and desist calling letter, report their criminal activities to the proper agencies, and to then sue them.

One has to wonder why these allegedly “legit” companies need so many phone numbers to call people with.
Seems to be a frequent flyer in these pages with a very bad reputation.  Be advised that they are not subject to the FDCPA since they are the creditor.  They may however be subject to state laws.

They must be paying big bucks to the BBB for that.  Note, the BBB has suddenly removed all the complaints and ratings for this bunch of criminals.  Now that must have cost some real money.

They are calling all day long starting  in the  morning ending  at night.

They never leave a message.  I called the number back and there were a number of options to hit for information on different stores.  They should stop calling when you never answer.

Why for 6 days now. Along with citi has called 60 times in 24 hrs. The calls started when I got charter land line. They won't let you get off phone they tranfered me to one person to another. Asking questions that does not pertain to me. I'm old .it stress me out. They call early in am 7 days a week and after midnight.  Said  where they are it's not after 7pm. There should be a law.  I owe no bills?

Calls never leave messages just take up room on answering machine  call every 15 min. I'm logging calls and going go news.

This is a call from Comenity Bank who deal with several store only credit cards such as Victoria's Secret, Lane Bryant, and Torrid, among others I'm sure.

This comenity and 6 others are calling my new phone number. I answered  one time and I was not the person they were  asking for. The silly lady asked for my name .i asked was she crazy. Or thought  I was. She said you are  so silly and hung up. None stop calls for over 6mo.

I know the feeling. I have been issued more than one number in years gone by where I have been stuck with calls from debt telemaggoters looking for complete strangers. I can tell you from experience that these operations cannot accept that the fact that they have reached the wrong number. The only I was successful in stopping calls was when it was directly from the collection dept of the original lender.

But they have found a way around it ... they call from "UNKNOWN" constantly and then a traceable number a few times. I was late one month - just an over-site but my fault entirely. I was getting 8-10 UNKNOWNS a day between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm  and then up to  7-8 with traceable numbers. You can't sue for harassment because you can't prove the 10 UNKNOWNS were then, but it's funny because as soon as I realized it and paid - all the calls stopped.

I have been receiving calls from this number several times a day and I am fed up with these annoying phone calls and they even call early mornings on weekends at like 7am

I told this caller and all the numbers they called me on before that the person they are looking for no longer has this number. I wish Sprint didn’t recycle phone number; I am getting harassed by Comenity for another persons debt even when I kindly explain to them this isn’t the person they are looking for
