I see a charge for $74.86 on my bank statement.  I call the number and it is Quality Customer Support.  I did not order anything from these people.  Don't have a clue as to who they are and how they got my card number.  These scams are getting so ridiculous that I'm thinking about staying off the internet forever.  If you visit a site they somehow scam you.

they have taken out money from my account. Why?

A charge of $74.86 from a company with this number showed up on my credit card and after a quick call and research I found that they were the company helping me with my online business. Their customer support is taken care of by Quality Customer Support using this number. Not a scam, just an outsourced customer service number.

Well this #800-895-0431 took out 889,145.92 out of my acct and I don't have that kind of money!! This company is definitely a scam had to put a stop payment and close my account. Beware of this #.

They took money out of my account too and I do not have an online business.  Perhaps there is alegitimate side to their business but they are scamming peole too.  I do not know what I clicked on that allowed them to do this, but the withdraw caused an overdraft on my account.  What happened to the need for avalid signature or at least a valid card number that the account holder can trace? What, now just anyone can help themselves to my money??

I do not know these people. It is Click Wit according to my bank.  I have notied the fraud divisiion of Bank of America and will be in touch with FBI.

I got the phone number  from the bank.

They took out money from my account too! When I called, they said they would refund the money, supposedly. I asked him who authorized the withdrawal and he said he didn't know, but it was most likely from a payday loan and I must've "clicked the box" for insurance because thats what they do: they represent the insurance company for payday loans. I asked which payday loan company, because I've only used 1 reputable company, and have never been charged this before. He again said he didn't know. I asked how they could not know who they worked for. Now I have to wait and see if they refund it and if I get anymore shady activity.

There was a withdrawal on my account for $29.86, I had no idea of what is was for. I called my Bank and they told me that it was a draft from a company called Click Wit # 1-800-895-0431. I called that number all morning, left messages and everything, but still got no response. I finally called back later in the afternoon and someone answered. They said that the charge was because I had signed up for some sort of online pay day loan payment protection/insurance service; I had no clue as to what they were talking about!!!!! They then told me that they would refund the charge and stop the draft on my account, that it would take about 5 business days. I had been checking my bank account every day to see if my money had been refunded to me and it wasn't. The next day that I checked, not only had my original $29. 86 not been refunded, but they drafted my account for another $29.86!!!!! I called them again, and they were being really rude, smart alec type attitude, as well as laughing and joking at my expense while I was informing them of this latest go around. They said that they would have all of my money refunded to me in 24-48 hrs. I will wait to see if that happens in that time period before closing my bank account, which I am going to do, as my bank advised me that this is the only way to protect myself from these people. Also, the people on the other end of the line at 1-800-895-0431 say that they are not Click Wit themselves, that they are only a customer service line for Click Wit. They refused to give out any information as to how to contact Click Wit. I have searched up Click Wit on the web to no avail. We need to get this thing figured out so that we can stop these people from doing this. File a Better Business Bureau report, give them any information you can to help stop these people. Have your bank file a dispute with Click Wit. I will post again on my progress.

Indeed also $ 29.86 had been taken from my checking with no auth. I have no idea what thes people are up to ..but when you call the 800 number ..there is already a prompt in the auto menu for just such a charge. This tells me a large screw up or a major fraud. My bank opens in an hr. and im closing my account. This is horse puckey!

This company said that they are a a customer service company for Click Wit, which turns out to be a insurance company for payday loans.  It seems as though if you have or are thinking about taking out a payday loan, read all of the fine print.

I too am having the same issue-THEY ARE FRAUDS AND THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW...I suggest you call your local NEWS STATION AND, FBI and so forth...

I woke up today on my day off to find out this people called clickwitt took $29.86 out of my account; Who are they????? I am on my way to the bank to get my money back-- I have made copies of reports from the computer to turn into the bank and possibly the law.  You  can go online to make out a report to the Federal Trade Commission---also contact your attorney general-- I do not order anything online or obtain any information onine unless it is guaranteed not to SELL your EMAIL ADDRESS TO THIRD PARTIES.

Seriously guys this company has to be stopped. They drafted a payment with a bogus check number out of my account in the amount $29.86.  When I called that 1-800 # a guy by the name of Tom was soo rude to me..he laughed at me and joked about overdrafts.  He couldnt give me the address to their corporate office he wouldnt allow me to speak with anyome else he was very sarcastic.  He promise to refund the money but instead they drafted yet another $29.86 from my account.  I went to my bank and my bank is definitely investigating it.  My bank refunded the money, placed stopped payments on everything from clickwit at no charge. My bank account has been closed and another re-opened.  These people are getting away with stealing your banking information and then stealing your money.  Dont wait for them to refund your money, odds is they never will.  Go to your bank and close your account.  And even if they were to refund it...more than likely it will happen again.  Thought I should share my experience...Good Luck!

Also, I noticed this number is also associated with a site called Auction 2 Riches which is in Cartersville, GA 30121 but they answer to someone in Nevada.

I also have the same charge of 29.86 drafted from my account this morning and have no idea who they are...I have cancelled my checking and debit card account and now have to go in and changing all my billing info from things that i have auto pay for...

What lender did you guys go through?  ThinkCash.com? First Bank of Deloware?
I think the issue is with ThinkCash.

It's dispicable either way. We're getting an emergency loan for a reason. Crooks.

Just noticed the same $29.86 charge on my account, looked at the check and they have a address of mine from like 3 years ago. I called and spoke to Tom at ext 388. He was very nice and said the money will be refunded in 1 to 5 days. Something about a payday loan which I have never applied for but he also said that when you apply for things to read the fine print and they usually have something about drafting the account for things like credit watch and identity watch.  I hope for his sake the money is in my account and not drafted again. I have called my bank and they said I have to wait the 5 days before they can do anything....I dont see how this is legal to take someone's money without telling them first.

Tom also Greg told me the same thing and it has been a week and no refund. I call the loan company that I borrowed from and they have never heard of Click Wit.
