- Brian| 1 replySame crap happened to me. I checked my account and saw the charge of $29.86. Then I recieved a call from a man with a Indian accent and he said I owed $521 dollars to some payday loan place. He also said that I am being sued and will be taken to court. LMAO!!!! He also claimed to be a attorney. What a joke..... He called my job only once. Hopfully that will be the last I hear from him and I closed my bank account. This is amazing. He had my address and my social. Everyone put fraud alerts on your credit account too.

- blakeslee replies to MileyHi, I had a charge of the exact amount that you had today in my account. $29.86 I went to the bank and they informed me I was the 3rd person today to have this happen. So it was disputed and Im waiting to get my money back. I really dont know what to do though. If I should close my account or what? Scary really.
- blakeslee replies to wrp| 1 replyMine was on Oct. 30, 2010. Whats going on??? does anyone really have any information yet?
- blakeslee replies to rachAgain, I just responded to the person above. I had a charge today for the exact same amount. Im really freaking out about.
- sunfoddess49 replies to SCI had the same thing happen and it also caused an overdraft on my bank - this was not done with a cc cause it is not a debit from my bank but a CHECK - well I don't have any checks and I too did a small payday loan the week before - I guess I need to check with them too - how many have done a payday loan - also was it a debit to your account or a check issued from the bank to them???? I filled out the online form And LEFT a message - I also received a strange message on my cell phone about me being charged with wire fraud and something else - I saved the message it is not the same phone number but I know the sheriff and am going to go see him and see if I can return the call and put it on speaker phone so he can listen to what ever these [***] have to save. Thank fully I was only charged 29.86 but still there is another 32.00 in over draft charges. Goin to talk to the bank and let them know this is not authorized and to not accept anymore checks from them. What a nightmare - I am disabled so I need every penny cause I dont get very much to begin with,
- Jason| 2 repliesI checked my account today and not only do I have this $29.86 fee withdrawn from my account, I had an NSF fee assessed against me as well because of this. This is criminal activity.
- Jason replies to Jason| 1 replyIt's me again - I just spoke with my bank regarding this. I have to close my account now. I was informed that the account has to be closed because this place resubmits the same charge over and over again - and it sells account information to other CRIMINALS who submit charges over and over again.
The lesson I learned, DO NOT EVER APPLY FOR A PAYDAY LOAN ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Rudegirl40| 1 replyI checked my account yesterday, and Clickwit had taken $29.86 by echeck. I called the 8008950431 first, got another #, 8008956619. I finally got someone named Brady. He told me that I must have not unchecked a box when I was applying for a payday loan online, which was about a month ago. So, he immediately said he would refund my money, and gave me a confirmation #, said it would be 2-3 business days. Well, of course I didn't believe him. I went immediately to the bank and changed my account #. My bank told me that they would make a note to the old account, and if the money came, they would manually post it to my new account. This morning I checked my new account, and the money was back in there. I was totally shocked! So, if they took your money, I would keep calling, until I got someone. Good luck! I won't be giving out the new account like that again! Lesson learned!
- anna replies to Rudegirl40Thank God my bank called me before they put the check thru. I had been getting fraudlent calls saying I owed money when I didn't I took it to the local people department they said it was some kind of joke. Yet this company tried to take 29.86 from my account. Funny how they got all my info when I don't give it out to noone they only people that have my account info in so much detail is my bank and the one place I do have a pay day loan out. Niether place has ever heard of this company. What is the banks and the FBI doing about this. 7 pages is alot of scamming people out of money. When my bank opens I will notify them of these complaints and hopefully they will be able to let their customers know and help stop this bulls--t
- Cat replies to JasonI just noticed this debit from my account and started to research...holy crap! I guess it should make me feel better than I'm not alone in this but it doesn't...work hard for my money and can't afford for these people (whoever they are) to steal it...calling my bank now!
- ShockedI'll give it to this company for hitting the majority of us between the 30th and 1st of the month knowing most people get paid on those days. I've been dealing with this for 2 days, I was advised by my bank to close my account which without hesitation I did. Today I went and picked up a copy of the check that my husband authorized BIG JOKE!!! I find it funny because we do not have checks however it shows a check number and incorrect address and a really long and bogus Order ID. I've contacted Sunfirst Bank as this is who shows up on the back of the check stating For Deposit Only. I also attempted to contact Clickwitt multiple times but no one ever answered. I truly hope the individuals involved with the scheme get caught.
- ks8164 replies to KimI called this 800-835-0431 Clickwit as it appeared on my account statement. I was directed to a second phone # for a corporate office. That # is 1-800-895-6619. I spoke to a representative after it rang forever. and I was told it was a loan protection that I may have inadvertently signed up for. I was told the charge would be refunded in 1-4 business days. I told the guy "yes please as I am NOT interested in that service". We shall see if its credited back. If so, it is worth the effort and multiple redials. Don't give up, keep trying.
- Brenda replies to BEAUObviously Beau, you are in on this scam and should be ashamed of yourself. Do you know what happens to thieves and liars??? They go to HELLL!!!! Guess what?? Thats you!!! Go get a real job and earn your own money and leave innocent people who work hard for their money alone!!!
