$30 was taken out of my checking account for a Pay Day Protection.I have no idea what this is.This caused me to have a $35 overdraft charge.$65 for something I have no idea what this.I have never had a payday loan.How can we get these scam artists?

this phone number is a scam i just woke up this morning and 64 dollars is out of my account who is these people im calling the feds do anyone know who they are because when you do im going to [***] them up

same thing happened to me.....i called they said that they would put my money back never did...they closed their website because i kept emailing them...still nothing...they took my money and wont return it.....

I just checked my account today which I do everyday and I saw this charge for $30. This is truly a scam because I dont have any payday loans that would require this. Im contacting my bank as soon as they open. When I go to the stupid website customersupport.com it takes me to google. WTF I have this day and age when everyone is trying to scam hard working people.

I never had any problems with think cash. I paid off my loans and everything. I looked at the check that this scam sent through and I wasnt even online trying to get a loan when its dates. Im so sick of us hard working people being scammed by the scam artist and no one doing anything. Im thankful I have a awesome bank

Ah man they got me too.  I'm disputing this through my bank right now!  It is definitely a scam!

i have to been scandaled by this and i need to know how and who to report this to.

They took $30 out of my account which put me in the red (I only had $14 before that) and so my bank charged huge fees for that and subsequent transactions (I made four before I knew there was a problem). I'm going to complain to my bank in the morning but I don't know what I can do about it. Very frustrating. I'm living on a VERY fixed income and never did business with this company.

They did not call me but the number was on the notes section of the transaction. I tried to call them twice. First time I got a broken recording and they hung up on me. The second time the recording gave me the web address but then put me on hold indefinitely. The website redirects to Google.com.

The same thing happened to me, I found a charge on my acct for $30 & they said that they would refund it & never did, we need to find out who this company is & stop them. The name that they gave me was payday loan protection.

I received a charge on my acct from the same company, but for $30, I did not authorize this charge & an alternate ph# for their customer support is 866 235 7681.

who are they?

I contacted my bank and my bank will give me my money back as I don't know who they are and my bank can not get ahold of anyone at the number given on the bank statement. Im also changing all my bank information. It is a hasel but I would rather change my information then them have my information and keep charging me.
