I never got a phone call from these people.  Charge of $29.86 posted to my bank account on October 29, payable to 800-895-0431 Clickwit. Have no idea how or why it is charged to my acct. Have not ordered anything on line for months. Check copy has strange check number and my address incorrect.  I am in the process of filing fraud paperwork with my bank.

I also had 29.86 withdrawn from my account last night. It actually shows as a check made out to Clickwit. The weird thing is that like a week ago I got a call from a "so called" lawyers office in New York stating I took out an online payday loan and they were going to be prosecuting if i did not pay up. I asked the name of the lawyers office, address and contact number. This guy could barely speak any english. When I would not give him my info he said he will be taking the necessary steps to collect the funds and pressing charges to withdraw the funds from my account. He then asked me is this what you want? I said absolutely because I knew I had never taken out a payday loan and never would. I'm wondering if thius is related in any way. Was it is a trick for him to get me to agree so they had that recorded to withdraw funds from my account?! hmmm. This is all crazy. Fraud is way too easy to commit.

Same here - $29.86 taken out of my account 10/28, the 800 number tries to make it sound legitimate but I think they want you to think it's jsust something you bought or ordered and forgot the name of the online company, then they'll probably charge you every few weeks or once a month and hope you forget about it.... I'm going to the bank tonight to file a report, I hope these theifs get locked up!!!!

Called my bank to find out the deal and they will only refund me my money if I sign an affidavit or stop payment paperwork.  Now does this make sense when I or should I say we never authorized the payment in the first place????  Makes it easy for the scam artist out there to take money from us, now doesn't it.  The 800 number just rings busy--but they're lucky i can't get a hold of them

I just got dinged for the $29.86 charge too... and, because the account didn't have sufficient funds at the time, got hit with a $25 overdraft fee as well. Some here posted a website: http://www.customersupportsection.com ,,, don't even bother. I checked the domain registration, and the name is protected by DomainsByProxy, which is part of GoDaddy.com ... as a matter of fact, the domain was only registered on Oct. 6, 2010. This is, most certainly. a HUGE scam. I contacted my credit union to get them to reverse the charges, and am closing the account to prevent future abuse. I plan to contact the FTC and, possibly, the FBI as well.

Same thing here.  $29.86 was taken out after I received a strange phone call from an Indian guy who said his name was Henry.  What a scam.

I too got scammed and am closing my account.  I called my bank and am filing a fraud claim. I also called SunFirst Bank @1-435-673-9610 and they are aware of the problem and are closing that account.  If you feel the need call them and report your case.

I have gone through everything to find out who these people are-they don't answer the phone, and there is no reply from their customer support section. You are forced to close your account. Contacting the BBB will be of no help since this is not a ligitimate company & they don't ask you to sign up.

I contacted Sunfirst Bank in Utah, accusing them of complicity in a fraud. 800-895-0431 Clickwit's account number with them is 0121017958; SunFirst's routing number is 121303049. Maybe it's time someone initiate an ACH transfer FROM Clickwit's account.

Report SunFirst to the FDIC and the FTC for their role in this scam. My credit union sent me a fax of both sides of the check they sent; that's where I got the information.

Oh, and the name of the company is "800-895-0431 Clickwit", not just Clickwit.

Thankgoodness I'm not alone! I checked on my account this morning and was blown away by the fact that the image of the check showed a date for 10-31-2010 and I wasn't even on the computer that day!! I called the phone number on the image of the check and followed the suggestion to view the "customer service" website and sent a message. Got my fingers crossed they'll get it. Yeah right! Unfortunately, I now have to go through the headache of changing around account information and so fourth just to prevent this from happening again. They better hope I get my money back and soon!
