I just found a charge from these people for 29.86 and when you call the customer there is message to press for if you are call about this, NO ONE EVER ANSWERED then the phone gets disconnected.  I nor my husband authorized these charges.   who are these people.   Time to send to the FEDS.

I have one question, how it is all the rest of us are calling this a scam, did not authorized have had money stolen, but mr. Witherby, you are the only one saying it is ligitimate?  UMMM I think I will let the Feds figure this one out.   I am filing a complaint with the FBI, local law enforcement as well as my attorney general's office.

I just spoke with my bank.  I ahve been advised the accounts have been compromised.  CLose the account.  These people will continue to take your money, and as i am finding out if there is a possibility they are from India and will never be caught.

I did not order any website or anything from these so called people!!!!!!!! I want it STOPPED!!!!They have taken out monies from my checking account and also had overdraft fees on it too.

My grandma was gotten be these guys for 29.86, too.

Yea I also was debited 29.86 from my bank account, thank God I check it frequently but anyways i was debited that and I dont know who the hell authorized these ppl to take money from my account and how they got my info. I am so mad all i know is that is from some [***] company named Crick Wit and when I call no one answers. I went to bank account and filed for fraud and then I am going to the police screw my bank too because I got my identity stolen from these stupid ass ppl with a foreign indian accent and i am pist off. I feel like all my info is being exposed. Also contact the Fedreal Trade Commision (FTC.org) website or give them a call and report it. Also call the credit bureus( experian, transunion, equifax) and place fraud alert. I mean i go and take every action possible. But I mean i did get my identity stole so u guys might not have to go through all that , but i had to open a new account and withdrawl all my money from my account. I didnt close the account because of direct deposit but as soon as my paycheck hits its coming out and the acccount closed.

I got one of these. Naturally, I find out on Saturday night, so I have to wait until Monday to fix the problem. I'm absolutely enraged. This is completely [***], and the fact that it is so widespread is alarming. I filled out for payday loans ages ago, but due to my income they didn't care to grant me anything. If the people are insurance for that, they can get curbstomped. I can't believe this. I wish I could track down the person behind this and just destroy them.

I just saw that this company took the same $29.86 out of my account on 10/22/10.  It is time to put an end to these people that are stealing money from honest hard working people.

they charged by bank acct $29.86 and when i called them they told me it was a protection plan for pay day loand and they said that they would not return my money to my account at all.

I got called this number after having an UNAUTHORIZED debit of $29.86 from my checking account. I called the number immediately (10/22/10) and was told that this was a charge from a payday loan company for "payment protection" and that it was included in the "fine print." So, I called the payday loan company to see if this was, in fact, a "hidden" charge and they assured me that it was not and that they had never heard of Click Wit. Just called Click Wit back (10/25/10) and was told that I should have been offered a refund to the first Click Wit(less) person I spoke with. Shane assured me that my account would be refunded the $29.86 charge and even gave me a confirmation number and promised that an email to that effect would be sent to my email account. Time will tell, but I'm not holding my breath. I told him no refund would result in them being reported to the FTC and credit bureaus. I don't know if that did any good or not, but we'll see.

Yes, this also another scam due to some sort of Payday loan scam.  The 29.86 is for identity protection/insurance.  What a laugh!  COntact your bank and the authorities immediatly!

Received a charge for $29.86 in my Account. I called my bank and they told me I can dispute the charge. How did they get into my account? I called the number and I got a recording to get into the ClickWit voice message system. Of course no one answered. Does anyone know how they got access into our accounts and also who I can report this to.

I just woke up to having the SAME amount taken out of my account!!!

I also am another baffled indiv about unauth deduction from my account.  the web site shows them from india. i now must close my account. dont delay in doing this as they will be back to do it again an again.  10/26/10......

Thank you for all your posts....I too am sitting at my bank waiting to close my account. I woke up to $29.86 taken from my account, I called clickwit spoke to a man who thought it was funny! He told me he would close the account and advised me to call my bank for fraud or I can trust him closing it and it not happening again....this is unfair, how do they get the info?

they will never answer the phone- how cvan this be quality customer service...I have better luck with calls to India or the Phillipines

got scammed this morning...no one answers the phone- I closed my bank account today and turned them into the state attorney generals' office- I suggust you do the same

these people are linked to "some payday" company...if yo0u ever applied over the internet they have your info- you will need to close your bank account number and open a new one..they are extremely secretive as to "which" company they are linked to...guido strikes again
