I too, was a victim of these scam artists for the amount of 29.86 taken out of my account by Clickwit.  On the back of the check, it showed Sunfirst Bank account #0121017958.  I researched the bank and found a phone number in UTAH (435) 673-9610.  I called and explained that I was the victim of an unauthorized drawl on my account.  I was transferred to Mont.  He explained that there have been approximately 500 people that have called with the same complaint against "Clickwit".  He stated that most of these charges were made in October, however a few in November happened as well.  He also said that the bank has closed the account and has reserved enough money in the account to pay back to the victims.  I recommend that if you were a victim of these scammers, contact the above number and ask to speak with Mont.  He will tell you to make a claim with your bank.  Your bank will have you fill out an affidavit and you will be given back the money.  If your bank refuses to reverse the charge, you will need to make a copy of the "canceled check" along with your name and contact information along with a letter stating that this was an "unauthorized charge".  They will send a cashier check to you.  

And I have saved the best news for last......  Per Mont at Sunfirst Bank, Clickwit's account was frozen and closed.  All monies were confiscated (in order to pay back the victims) and they have been turned over to not only the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), but also the FBI.  The bank has NOT taken this scam lightly!!!!  Make sure you get your money back.

Bull ish!!!! I've never heard of these people and when you call, the number is no longer in service....[***] caused my account to be overdrawn....I have no online business, and don't have a clue as to who this company is and how they have my banking info...I work hard for my money and don't need it taken away by someone who won't reveal who they are and what service they provided, to have the right to debit my account!

Ok i  have posted here about this company before they took $29.86 OUT OF my checking account I called them and they told me it was a fee for a loan i requested information about which i never requesed info on a loan since Im in Iraq. When I confronted them on this they told me they would put the money back in my account and I wuld see it in 5-7 business days, well it has been almost a month since i have contacted them and no money back in my account this company is a theif and is going to keep scaming peoples mony till someone dose something im going to call them today and let them know that my lawyer will be contacting them and we will take this to court even for a small fee I belive it is worth them going to court over so there name will be forever shamed.  My lawyer told me I can sue and win for much more than the 29.86 lets see how they like giving up there money like they take it from otheres with out knowing.

I also have had the same issue. They charged me once and I reported it to them and then they charged me again. I have been trying to work my refund and it has almost been two months. My bank also said if I do not get a refund I have to close my account due to it being compromised. Granted then I will not get my refund. Also, they will not send me a check. I call them every three days trying to get my money. All who are going through the same good luck.

This is a scam plain and simple, the customer service person finally answered the phone and advised me that the money would be credited back into my account and even gave me a confirmation number and the money is still missing, and it was a month and a half ago, I am sick of these people being able to just take money out of people's account, only when I mentioned the FBI did they send me an e-mail with a confirmation number, but a lot of good this number does when you have no one to complain to since they will not answer the phone or it is always busy.

I called Mont and I thank you so much for your helpful information.

I received the same charge and disputed it with my bank who said that they cannot refund me my money because the company deals with payday loans, and I applied for one. I called the 1-800-895-9916 number on November 8 and was told i would receive a refund. It is December 2, 2010 and still no refund and the people at the 895-9916 number say that they do not handle calls for the company anymore and do not know what to tell me.

Con't from above.  The numbers that were given to all of us to call, including the email address was a customer service company that has now dropped Click wit as of 3 wks ago.  Thanks Rebecca for the above suggestion I will be going to the bank tom.

All I have to say is keep your account info off line by all means. The [***] got me for 30.00 dollars my financial institution is going to credit my acct. And I opened a new one. Good luck to all

I called these ppl and they told me its was payday loan insurance..they calleed me from a 1-888-978-8045 number ..  I asked the man where the loan was from he said he couldnt provide the info.   I was debted 30.00 dollars from a bogus check I do not use checks at all. I mean everything is debit nowadays ebt's and such.  My credit union reversed the transaction because  i said it was FRAUD!  I also called them and told them I have notified the police the ftc so  i will keep u guys abreast of the outcome.
This is super annoying knowing that we are in the holiday season and ppl are saving and spending money for family etc for someone to be stealing your hard earned money IT HURTS! the website  is www.customersupportsection.com

I think these people are getting us via online payday loan websites and text messages, 'cause the debited my account for $30 via a check I didn't write nor authorize.  I try to stop these texts by replying "STOP!", but I think somehow they're getting our info form these companies we're giving our info to.  It isn't right and would like someone to put "STOP!" to this permanently.  This the third time I've gotten bit by something like this and it's getting old!!

Me too! Three times in December and once now. Cannot get a hold of anybody at their 800 numbers and they are not responding to emails.
