I also got a charge from these people. The good thing is someone called me on October 15th threatening me saying that I took out a pay day loan and they had all of my personal information bank account numbers, ssn, drivers license number, address etc. The good thing is as soon as I hung up on them I called the local police since the scammers said I was going to be arrested and reported it. The same day I closed all of my accounts and put fraud alerts on your credit reports. Fortunately when the charge came through my account was already closed. The only connection I can think of is I did try to apply for a loan bank in January with 100 Day Loans online but since I live in VA online payday loan companies can not offer their services here. Has anyone else ever used a similar service? I know they send your information to an endless number of companies. I received alot of spam email and text messages from unknown companies. On this site you have to fill out all of you sensitive information inorder to apply including your banking acoount information. If you can not stop the charges the only option you may have is to close your account and open a new one. The click wit people will direct you to w a website www.consumersupportsection.com. My advice to you is do not give them your information. Deal with the issue at your bank. Their phone number at click wit is 1-800-895-0431. You may never get your money back but you can protect your self from having any further theft performed on your account.

I recieved this charge last week, it took me 4 days of calling all day before someone answered saying "Corporate".  He had my email, phone number etc...The odd thing is he said is your user id bear67?  Never had a user id close to this.  He said it was something i selected for a membership while doing a payday loan,  I have only delt with 2 payday places with this account and both times I went into their location and done it, neither company has ever heard of them and do not solicit memberships for any sort of company.  The odd thing is how they got my bank accont info.  He told me he would credit the money back 1-3 days and he cancelled my membership.  Its going on day 5 with no credit.  If filed a report with BBB and they are being investigated,  I suggest everyone who had this issue to do the same.

They took money from my account and I didn't even authorize it.  Had to send my bank a letter telling them I did not this company and they needed to reverse the payment they made to them.  I have NEVER heard of this company and don't know what they do.  The worst part is they had my current address on the fake check they made up and it doesn't match the address on my account number, I was a bit ticked with my bank for even allowing such crap to go thru.  I have spent the whole day calling them and never got a response from them.

call your bank and report it as fraud because that's what it is.  They just showed up on my account out the blue, I had to call my bank and let them know I don't know these folks and never authorize the transaction.

I did try to apply for a couple of payday loans but I never finished the applications and denied the amount they were willing to give me.  I didn't approve to nothing from these folks.  but good to know how they could have gotten my info.  I did contact my bank and hopefully they will be on the look out for them, should they try to take anything out of my account.

YEEESS this happened to me. I took out a payday loan back in July with mycashnow.com. The loan was paid back but last month they called me saying the loan was never paid they have pressing felony charges against me, their gonna call my job and get me fired so they can show people that they cant take out a loan and not pay it back(which it was). I didnt give them any more information bcuz i figured if your gonna take put felony charges on me I'd be recieving some paper work stating y. Never got it.

Last week i check my bank statement and I see the 29.86 taken out in the form of a check, so when I called the number on there she told me it would be refunded within 1-7 days. She said she got my info from a payday loan company but she didnt know which one. Uum. Needless to say I am very Pissed. If you know of any legal matter that could take place Plz let me kno. Thanks

Sounds like the same people got to you. You did the right thing in closing your account. I did it as soon as I got off the phone with them. You should also put a fraud alert on you credit report so the can't use your information to open up any new accounts and then keep a watch on it. I place a post with my full experience a little further down in the postings. I was on page nine. I don't want to used my real name since they have all of my personal information and know where I live. My advice is beware of online pay day loan sites especially ones like 100 Day Loans who will send your information out to who knows where. I did try to apply for an  online pay day loan during the blizzards last year but found out that these types of loans are illegal in my state so I didn't go through with it. Be careful even if you don not apply for or accept a loan if you type in any information it will put you at risk. My advice is deal with the company in person.

Did you apply at 100 Day Loans. I did try that during the blizzards last year but found out they are illegal in my state so I never accepted it. I'm trying to find a connection to see if any one else has done anything similar. If you did and filled out the whole application they DO have all of your information, SSN, Drivers Licsense#, Bank Account, Work Number, Home Address, Work Number etc. They send it to who knows where. If anyone else has applied at this site or any other site please let us know so we can maybe find a connection and try to take these people down. The above company's website is www.100dayloans.com. If you know of another one that you may have applied to please list it. I'm sure we will all appreciate it.

I think it's interesting that you mentioned Think Cash. I actually got a loan not a payday loan from them in August. I tried to to get a pay day loan online back in January when I couldn't get to work during the blizzards to make ends meet but found out they are illegal in my state. The site I used was www.100dayloans.com. They try to match you with a lender. The problem is once you fill out the online application you start getting spam emails and text messages from hunderds of companies. It's the only place where I not sure where my information went. Does anyone else have a connection with 100 Day Loans or Think Cash.

The same people called me on October 15th. I immediately closed my bank account. They tried to debit the closed account on October 29th but it was already closed. My bank sent me a letter mentioning the attempted debit and said it was Click Wit. The number that I was called from was 253-424-9750 a number in Washington state. I also reported it on the same day to the police who according to the caller was going to come and arrest me within 30 minutes. Even they said it was a scam.

I'm in WA State, and can guarantee you these scammers are NOT in WA State.  They call from a different number each time. No way to track them.  Report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), your attorney general, and close your bank accounts.

Keep an eye on your accounts daily, as it's just a matter of time until they open under a new business name and try to debit accounts again.

    Hi Michael,

I had sent ClickWit's bank an e-mail that the company was a scam and illegally deducting money from people's accounts.  I didn't receive a response, but was glad to see your posting that their bank shut down their account.

EVERYONE, keep an eye on your accounts, it is just a matter of time until they open under a new name and deduct money again.  Close your accounts.

These are a**holes from India who try to scam people out of money.  Google "India Payday Loan Scam" to learn more.

I also discovered a withdrawal from my checking account for 29.86 by Click Wit.  I have no idea who they are, why I've been charged, nor what the charge is for.   I had no success with the phone # that came up with.  I am checking with my bank to see what action I can take.  I will report this to every contact I'm referred to, because this is utterly rediculous.  Not to mention against the law.        illegal.       The phone # is 1-800-895-0431 --   I pray they are soon prosecuted.
