Beau, right. Right and more right.  I live in a State where Payday loans are illegal, and I have NEVER applied for a payday loan, I have the financial stability and income to not need one.  So, I can guarantee that you work for Clickwit-less.  This is a fly-by-night scam and the authorities are already catching on to you with all the scams being reported by banks. My credit union has filed 15 complaints against your company since Monday, November 1st due to the illegal activity your company has engaged in. The Sunfirst bank account is barely 30 days old, so if this company is so legit why is the bank account so young?  Why is your website so young? Hmmmm, not legit, not legal at all.

Who are these people? And how do they get your account information? They have taken money out of my account. When I try to call the number on this check that they made without my consent, I get a busy signal.

I didn't ask for nothing from this company. And they need to leave my money alone. I don't need no money from this crowd. Mind your own business. That is probably why you ain't got no money

I had been getting calls from a +000000000 number from someone who couldn't speak English saying something about a payday loan and that he was calling from ACS, I think. Anyway now I have this charge on my account don't know if one has something to do with the other.

I think this is Clickwit's address:

    523 E Sunland drive
    St George, Ut 84790

We had the same thing happen to our account.  I called the bank this morning and they will be returning the check as not authorized.  Make sure and tell your bank that you did not authorize this charge! My husband has been getting calls from "Rex White" and "James Miller" with thick indian accents, stating that if he did not return the phone calls that there was nothing this person could do as the situation unfolds on him.  Then this charge hits!

I woke up to the same thing this morning.  Have no idea how they got my bank account info, I have never used this account online.  Took me an hour to get through to the 800#, then it tells you that if you have a question about clickit that took 29.86 out of your account, press 1, i pressed 1 like a hundred times then it starting ringing, noone ever picked up

I finally got a hold of someone at Clickwit and they said they would refund my money,  It takes 5 business days.  They said that if you have signed up for a payday loan a box might have been checked and I needed to uncheck it. I'm wondering how many people have actually gotten their money back?

I checked my account about an hour ago and I also show a debit of 29.86. I finally got through on the 800-895-6619 after being busy who knows for how long, forget the 800-895-0431 that one was always busy. I did speak with a man named Brady, he stated that if I ever applied for a payday loan there is as part on there that generally people dont read and that is to protect the loan just in case you can not pay for it. He did say they would refund my money and it would take upto 5 days, he also gave me a refund claim #. The only thing he did ask for was my first and last name. But Im heading to my bank and filling out a fraud claim so I will not be charged again. Any advice feel free to email me mirna48@yahoo.com.

This happened to me as well. I haven't filled out anything online! And if I did I certainly wouldn't have given my checking account information. They used my full account number, very scarry! I went right to my bank and reported it. I've also called both numbers but cannot get through because its busy.

Nov. 24, 2010 i also had money taken o9ut of my account. I called the number and the guy way very rude. He.s lucky i didint know his where abouts because he wouldnt live to talk about how rude he talked to me. he lied and stated my money would be refunded to me and then gave me a bogus conformation number and stated my money will be returned in 48hours. .........Wel its almost a week later and I'm still waiting. I immediatley closed that accoint and my bank is still invweestigating . Unlike the rest of you, I never signed up for any type of pay day loan or anything so Im clueless to how they have gotten my information. Im not concerned with it at this point because my account has beenclosed and Im sure whoever is behind the CLICKWIT scam....will get their KARMA.

I just checked my checking account and it is showing a charge for 29.86 as well. I filled out the form on the website they directed me to from a recording. The website is www.customersupportsection.com. All it shows on my checking information is the withdraw from an electronic check to CLICK WIT. I don't even know what that is for, has anyone found out?

i know how you feel. i was hit this past weekend also and i dont know how and the heck my information has been gotten and my account numbers. i also had a check that said clickwit and signature authorized on file which is not true and the check in the amount of 29.86 and then that caused me to have an overdraft fee and that was 35.00 and i want some answers and my money back. and i have reported it to the bbb of utah where i found out the company is out of. it is asham how hard people work to put there money into a checking account and someone who is so desperate and is a thief that can sit back and just tamper with peoples hard earnings and all the scams that they do should be prosecuted to the fullest i wish i was a judge and i had to do the sentencing once they were caught.
