This company charged my bank account without authorization from me.  They had my old address and stated that I authorized this through a payday loan.  I only visit secure websites and use the internet for research toward my master's degree and personal banking, both are secure websites.

I check my account and found out that these people took 29.86 out of my account so who are you

wtf? these people just withdrew $29.86 i've also been getting calls from 310-974-8088 saying i owe money to advance cash and im getting sued or have criminal charges pending against me... idk if they're related but it's weird how i got the calls on monday and the money was withdrawn on tues... idk who these people are but i'm gonna go to the authorities!

Hey same happen to me. These scammers withdrew money from my account on 10/29. I couldnt do anything about because it was the weekend and my branch was closed.  I called 11/1 my branch that is and they told me it was a company called clict wit in which i never heard of. They had me writing a check with a bogus number and I dont even use checks.   I dont even know where my check book is.  I called the number the bank gave me and at first it was busy busy. Finally I got threw and the direct you to another number which I called and again busy.  I kept calling and I got threw and then I was on hold. I spoke to a representative Micheal and stated I dont know what this company is I never got a payday loan. He was nice and stated that I must of try to apply for a pay day loan and that this is some insurance or something like that.  Well,  they said it will be reversed in which I didnt believe. But I check my account and they reversed the charge back on 11/4 shockingly. I am still gonna think about closing my account and I am gonna report them to bbb. These people are something. Anything to get money these days. Good luck to all.

You are an either an absolute moron (as evidenced by your ALL CAPS posting) or work for Clickwit (which I'm betting). This company is a well-known scam company; my credit union took one look at the name and immediately refunded my check and fees. Clickwit's bank has closed their account for fraud. You're a shill.

This company commits fraud using a number of means... they run several websites for help with government grants and for payday loans, none of which are legitimate. According to their bank. SunFirst Bank in Utah, their account was closed by the bank on Monday, Nov. 1, 2010; supposedly, there is money left in the account to cover refunds. Your bank or credit union should reverse the check and any fees; chances are you'll have to open a new account since your old one has now been compromised.

I also filed a formal complaint about the bank with the FDIC, which regulates it. They should have done their due diligence in checking out this company before opening the account. They also should have seen red flags when the company sent out thousands of debits for $29.86 on a single day.

This company just took 29.86 from my bank account and also cause return check fees I dont know what kind of company this is are how they received my account information

This happened to me too on 11/2/10 - I would like to know if they actually refunded anyone's money from above posts or what other results there were - so scary - i receive call from guys with thick foreign accents stating they are office brian foster or michael johnson - i report them to FBI (chicago office) and the states attorney every time. THis is so scary - thinkin of gettin a new phone number and a new account.

I've been getting the calls too. They started couple of weeks before the debit. they repeatedly called my cell and work.

just happen to me too i call the # and after about five min. on hold some guy said "ya" i said who the @@#$! are you and why did you charge me 29.86. he said that they would debit it back to my bank. will see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They did it to us too, $29.86 now we have to close our account, make arrangements for pending transactions, and open a new one and file a police report.

I had the same thing happen to me a couple of months ago. The checks were from another bogus company called Freedomcs.com and the were taking $8.42 weekly from my checking account. The lady at the bank blocked checks from that company from #1-#10,000 thinking it would stop. Then on Oct.28, 2010 got the $29.85 check debited from my account, and they used the check #66543 which makes me think the companies are related somehow, or they wouldn't have used such an astronomical number. I am having that account closed because obviously trying to outsmart them didn't work. My advice is to close the account!

I do not know what this was for and im trying to find out, i was charged the 29.86 plus overdraft and i live on social security and knw im overdrawn 75.00

They are most certainly a scam. I just got a charge on my bank account! James Witherby...you're a liar and so is the 'unknown' company! I work w/fifteen judges, they screwed the wrong girl this time. I will not only hand this over to them, but I am a government employee as well. I will contact my bank's higher management or president and the fifteen judges I work close w/, along w/a complete copy of all these complaints, and your willingness to say it's all legit. You're a lie and so is this company!
