I've not seen anyone in the Jailbait Sextortion Racket threads claim to successfully trace phone calls from the frauds. When any "actionable intelligence" is gained I presume it's through direct interaction with the extortionists. Most of what we know about the scheme is wrapped in the stories of threatening phone calls, which soon became formulaic a long time ago.

Also I've not budged from something I first noticed in November 2017. After now five years a real problem with scandalized families should yield statistics defining a sharp increase in young people serving jail time for felonious solicitation. We've read a hundred sets of accusations which sound alike and ring untrue, while the predatory behavior all flows from one end, the gang posing as teenagers and their enraged parents and their bribe-hungry law enforcers.

} Each of you were aware the girl was claiming to be underage but you didn't count on getting caught ... now you have a bunch of pedophiles posting .... pathetic

No, what's pathetic is blaming the victims for what they haven't done. Again, the vast majority if not all of the young daters report trying to disengage once the bait-switched age is revealed. The crooks are known to invent facts and reactions to nothing and place them in a text message record before introducing the Angry Daddy and Tough Cop characters.

At lot of these calls were traced to prisoners working with outside help.  I believe there was a big bust around a year ago.  The calls stopped for a while and now they have started back up from different areas of the country.  No doubt word of mouth among the prison population.

I'd forgotten I had read about two similar gangs broken in Autumn 2018, and the obstacles before eliminating mobile phone reception in prisons. Some indicted prisoners were in fact Bloods members on ice for murder and/or violent offenses. By design or accident the scheme roped in many military servicemembers, one of whom offed himself with a nine-mil to end his shame. Now and then someone on 800Notes expressed worry over disclosure to the command chain.

However, I suspect that officials from all military branches agree with our thinking about where to set blame. As the NY Times reported (emphasis mine) in late November 2018, "Jeff Houston, a spokesman for the naval investigative service, said in an email that no disciplinary action would be taken against the service members because they did not commit any crimes."

Copycats of the scheme are inevitable. You need only a small "office" staff and a couple buddies on the outside to act as CFO and money launderer.

The credit score doesn’t matter nearly as much as the actual information in your credit report. When I was applying for loans for my most recent investment property (my fifth property including my home), my credit score was 560. I had three negative items on my credit report, which hurt me dearly. Shared my problem with A friend of mine who referred me to a hacking firm known as onlinehacker4hire I googled about Ghost Virus read various review’s about he’s good works, I texted and emailed them the resp.

you can contact him if interested: onlinehacker4hire AT Gmail DOT com

That's really fascinating, given that no one in the reply chain leading to John in November 2015 ever mentioned credit reports or scoring. I'm fairly sure that issue is not raised anywhere in the entire thread. I'm also fairly sure I don't want my credit reports "fixed" by anonymous persons being heralded in poorly placed false testimonials.

What I do see is that the likely South Asian or West African "hacker 4 hire" has been a busy little spammer and infiltrating every unguarded comment section and website he can find around the world. Quite a range of other services offered, too, such as reputation "repair", debt cancellation, busting adulterous spouses, and funds recovery from scammers. That last one should be easy, having only to hack their own laptops.

Here are some excerpts from the spamming I've found, suitable for spam pattern matching and lining bird cages:
"... remove any site or link from any blog? you should contact this hacker, he is reliable and good at the hack jobs."
"... helping me on clearing [sic] all my debts thereby raising my credit score, now i got my dream car."
"... was able to plant a camera that i gave as a gift to my ex-husband that i suspeted [sic] was cheating on me ..."
"... helped trace those scammers, backtracked and recovered all for her,"

Had a very similar scam to this thread for 803-413-4219-- names given are different but all the exact same details--- met on POF.com got the number and the girl- profile age 22-23 asked to text then quickly turned it into sexting-- the next morning received a call from 336-900-5017 from a "PI" russel who was hired to investigate sexual texts with a minor-- the mother who was a politician hired him, and thought that i did this to ruin her re-election---- he eventually said the father 843-244-0126 would call me-- no name given-- the father texted -- said he was at work and that it was very loud he would call shortly---- and told me his daughter had mental issues-- cut herself and went to hospital destroyed property... hung up to call the PI back..... the PI texted me and asked if I spoke to him, then said quick get off the phone the wife is listening to your call, settle this out of court with him ASAP --- the father then texted me and eventually stated hospital bills were 2500+ and wanted me to pay them.
