I just got a call from "Investigator" Jessica White regarding my daughter stating a case had been filed against her.  I freaked out and called her and found out that this is why she changed her phone number recently.  They were calling her 15 or more times a day.  This is a total scan and I can see how they can scare people with the threatening tone of their message.  I hope that the FTC shuts them down before they can scam anyone else.  It is so pathetic that people prey on the young and elderly in our society.

I am so glad there is a website like this that gives information to people on scams.  Keep up the good work!

just received a call from this number it is completely bogus DO NOT CALL!!!

Received a phone call from this number and told the caller that my local FBI office stated that this number is reported as a scam trying to get money out of individuals.  After telling the person on the other side they hung up on me.  After calling them back and requesting more information on their company, again they hung-up on me.  SPAM!!  Turn this company into the FBI if it happens to you!!

Just received a call from a "detective" citing a case number along with this 850-629-8216 number to call within 48 hours.

Just got the same call from detective "Steven Parker", so I guess they are still at it.  To the people who post "report them to the FTC", how exactly do you do that?  Google it?

Yep- same thing as everyone else. When I called back and asked what it was about and pointed out that they were throwing around legal terms like "have to appear" and "restraining order" improperly, they hung up. Definitely filing a complaint with FTC.

Don't give them any money they are a fraud!! Took my $ and was never applied to the payment of my actual payday loan!

I just got this call again! I see I got this call back in Sept. same thing, restraining order, complaint against me, it was a woman but did not leave her name or a company name. said i had to call back in 48hrs, i got this off my answering machine, and it was from the end of dec 2011-kinda past the 48hrs deadline!

I just checked my voice mail and had a message from a so called Kimberly Smith and another from Kim Jones they are suppose to be special investigators.  The message said that there was a restraining order filed with a complaint number DUI-1828 and all, they said I had 24 to 48 hours to respond to the court and to inform my attorney.  I knew right a way that this was a BS call, they should of done more investigating before pulling this one. The message was for my 14 year old daughter.  Someone needs to catch these stupid [***].  Some other kind of parent would of beat the crap out of their kid for getting in trouble but I obviously knew that they could not speak to a minor without contacting the parent.  This is ridiculous..

I just hope I live long enough to see these a** wipes go down.

Jeff called and left a message on my phone for someone not me. I called back was on hold for 45 minutes. I left a message telling them I was contacting my lawyer for leaving someone else's private business info on my cell phone.

yes i just get the same call this moring  and know nothing about  it , this man  named special agent johnson left a long message on anwsering macnine with direction on what to do and  we need to appear in court. he never said wht company he worked for  i went a google this company up. i called and get nothing but a recorde message. if this about a debt that was already paid off. i also contancted the ferdral trade comm and  made a copmlaint about this company. ther lie about the money owed and also want to hound you for more money after the debt has been paid off.   left no phone number to call so i had to look it up and found out  who there are.

Got the call too, the only way they had my name associated with the number they used is with my account with Verizon wireless. Somebody must have access or sold them this information.

Well they have been calling us for a couple of months now and we dont have payday loans. My husband checks his credit everyday and guess what showed up on his credit report today.....a Collection agency from this scum bag company showing he owes $890.00. Now what do we do?
