They call 4 times a day

I don't want any more calls from this number. They are driving me nuts with the calls non stop with no messages attached to them. I don't have any dealings with Capital One at all.

You cannot call them low lifes or losers, if u want to talk about someone talk about the owners of the company that make them do their job. The people working there are only doing their job just as you or I would have to so that we can keep put job...

Why are these idiots calling me.  My number first of all is a business line.  They call me 5 to 6 times a day and all are the same times.  I again have nothing to do with Capital One.  Credit Card companies are a PITA.  I hate them all.  This is why our country is in the mess it is in, because of banks and credit card companies.

STOP THE DAM CALLS FOLKS you are anoying the h..l out of me.

I do not have any relationship with this number so please stop calling.

They are calling me 3 & 4 times a day & are not leaving messages.  They even woke me this AM.  And, since I didn't answer the call, they called back 45 min later!!  I answered this one & she said she was looking for Phyllis Johannson or Johnson...SHE wasn't sure who she was looking for.  Needless to say, I am NOT that person nor have I ever been that person.  And, I've had this number for 4 yrs.  She said she would take my number off the list.  We shall see!!!   I am also on both the Fed & the State's "Do Not Call" lists.

Capitalone has tried various boiler room people with different phone numbers.  I am told by the credit repair company that these are automated robot calls and the minute you answer: "Gotcha" technique.
When you do not recogize the number, do not answer.  They never leave a message anyways.

This number keeps calling me for a person that i do not know. Please STOP. I have told them a dozen times to stop calling I do know where this person is.

If they are calling your cell phone, you can go to your cell carrier's web site; log into your account look for  a block call tab and list the numbers you are being annoyed by.

Rule no. 1! (It's mine) When you do not recogize the number, do not answer. I also go to my cell phone account and block the number.

I am on no call list and do not have any capital one credit card, never had.

I have been receiving these calls for almost a year and have file complaints to no avail.  They still keep calling.  What is it going to take to stop them.  The "DO CALL LIST" is a joke.  They have not done a thing about the calls.

its one of OBAMA'S favorite credit card companies called CAPITAL ONE BANK. These folks will never stop calling you even after you have informed them the party no longer lives with you. I thought there was a law that can stop this. Is there such a law and can you be compensated by that card company for the phone calls, if these calls continue........anyone?! oh yea, by the way, be sure to VOTE OBAMA OUT OF OFFICE in 2012 or this great nation will vanish forever.
