This IS a bona fide call from Chase fraud prevention.

Take this for what it's worth: I am not sure after reading these comments if this is a scam but I did call the number directly on my credit card (1-800-524-3880) and they said they have not heard of "Chase USA" and they could not find this phone number (1-847-488-6000) anywhere in their list of company numbers. They advised me not to answer these calls and block them if I can. They said they have a lot of reports of fraudulent calls such as this one. Don't take my word for it though, call the actual Chase customer service number and find out for yourself: 1-800-524-3880.

Not Chase.  I just called the number on the back of my card and spoke with someone.  It is not a chase number.  It is FRAUD!

This number continues to call our phone number.  Comes up as Chase on our caller ID.  Whan we call the Chase number they say they have nothing on file that we were called and no reason they would have called us.  This has to be a fraud.

It is the COLLECTION DEPT. of Chase.

I have not responded when I saw this number because it is unfamiliar to me and they never leave a message. I get 3 to 4 calls a day from this number which has been calling every day for the past 2 weeks. A change in number may be the only solution.

They said on the voice msg that it was Chase fraud department...HELLO....they asked me how many credit cards I had when I called back...WHAt?.....I got a new Chase card and only charged a small amount on it and now I'll never use it again.

Whatever company it is if it's real better learn the calling laws. You cannot call a home before 9am customers time or after 9pm customers time. I start getting calls at 8am my time. I hope they read these posts because if they do not stop & start following the calling time laws I will be turning them in regardless of who they are!!

Called chase about phone calls and an email I got. They have not been calling me and didn't not send me that email about fraud. They advised me to ignor the calls and forward them the email.

I'm on a do not call list. Called chase n they said it is not them calling me like ehft I read on internet post claimed.

Yup, its a debt collection company.  They call but don't leave message.  Probably in "skip trace" mode.  Methinks collection àgencies troll here to confuse us!!

No it's not CHASE BANK FRAUD DEPT.  Chase identifies themselves.  This company does not.  They have the wrong name and yet the keep calling me.

This is the Chase Fraud center and is legit.

This number is for Chase bank credit cards. they are probably calling because you didn't pay your bill.

This IS a scam, and NOT Chase, I do not have an active Chase credit card, so how/why would their fraud department be calling me?
