I just got a call from the same number!!!!!!!!! Don't these people have anything else better to do then to scam of hard working people.

Just called my home, and office with an ominous call. Fortunately, I know better.

THIS Started AFTER the TARGET - Security Loss!!!!!  Now I get CALLs all of time!!  Same message, different numbers - different names - SCAM

I just got a call from them today and have notified police department. Is there anything else we can do?

This company called several times from 855 947 7266 claiming to be investigations would not give any information other than investigations threatening me about some non exsisted bill saying they will start court proceedings if I didn't make an agreement with them they called again from this number also 800 657 1430 they claim their name is ryan carter and fields very rude people watch out for them I hope I never hear from them again it upset me a lot how rude they were I told them I turned them in and to never call again they talk fast use legal information to back their claims and try to bully you into making an agreement with them

I got a call from 855-967-5663 with an automated message, I got this call on May 1st along with my dad getting the same one, today May 12th I get another call from them.  When I called them back on May 1st I asked them for their company and it was Reynolds hill law firm, when I tried to look up that company it came back to a realtor lawyer, they were very rude telling me I owed money for an online loan website from 2010 when I told them I was going to call that loan company to verify that I owed them money she got very defensive and said if I hung up there would be no more settleing out of court that it was a one time chance.  These people are very rude and I kept telling her I wanted to make sure it was not a scam, she got more defensive.

They called me and saud they were about to put a warrant out on me. They said I had commited fraud. Asked for company name.. it was Robert then Ryan Carter and Fields. Called the back and pretended to be on the phone with a attorney or someone that knows law. They hung up over and over again and had the nerve to tell me I had been calling all morning. Damn righ4 dont call me with that bull and think you gonna get money from me. I guess they might get someone with that scam but not me....

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

•is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
•refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
•asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or

The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.•Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
•Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft – charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
•Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate – but you think the collector may not be – contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
•Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

They keep calling me talking bout they are a law firm. Wat should i do

Call your pd. I looked into the debt they said I owe. Needless to say the debt is paid in full. They are scam artists.

I have gotten to where i don't even answer calls with 855 area codes anymore. They all say the same things. Its all lies. I was stupid enough to fall for their scam once and then I started getting calls from other numbers supposedly about the same loan. They kept threatening me about a loan and a bad check for the loan being fraud. So I called the courthouse in my county and talked to the bad check bureau. I told them what was happening and told them the name of the "law firm". They told me it was a scam and to report them.

Just received second call from this group...they are idiots, operating a scam "legal group" attempting to harass people into paying debts they purchased.  sometimes these  debts are not valid, but they operate on the premise that if they identify themselves as law offices, people will be more responsive.  can't believe a business is so stupid.  they are also using the following phone number:  855-947-7266

They called a couple times this week also three years ago I got into it it with them and called local police and filed a report.he says he's Kevin Jones same person different number than three years ago.rude guy cussed at you won't give any information just wants yours.cops can't do anything because their out of the country

For at least the last year, an illegal group of debt collectors have been terrorizing consumers, their family, friends, and employees threatening to arrest the individual of an unpaid loan or other debt (their generally don't even owe). Be aware debt is a civil matter, not a criminal matter, and you can't be arrested. They threaten a warrant if the victim does not pay a sum of money by the credit card over the phone.

Some of the people they are calling do not owe a debt.  Others they are calling have already settled their debt with the organization who owns the accounts. Even if you do owe a debt, do not be deceived by the actions of this group.  Many of the accounts they are attempting to collect they do not own.  In other words, if you pay these people, that is not going to clear your debt with its rightful owner.  

Although when pressed the callers give the victim an address in Columbia South Carolina (usually a vacant lot) or Atlanta GA (often a parking lot near the bus station or a Peachtree Road Address). They are actually out of the Charlotte North Carolina area. The scammers are using the following business names (and there are many others, and they seem to create new ones daily).  They will normally answer the call back number as “Investigations”

They me and said that i was going to jail for stealing money from us bank.i told them i dont what your talkin about.

This phone number below been calling me on behave of a check fraud,,,,,,so i want to report them to the Better Business B.

Got an automated voicemail from the initial number (855) 967-5563 saying that they are trying to locate an individual by the name of ________. Then it continued along the lines of "if you know where this individual may be please relay the message and give them the number (855)967-5663 and provided a case number. I dis not answer.  Second tone they have called.  I know this is a scam
