Claims to be a litigation service looking for people. Sounds like a scam. I asked what the name was so I could look them up. They claimed they were a private company and the woman wouldn't let me speak and said if the call doesn't pertain to me don't call and then hung up.

Googled the number. Came up as a fax number for the bank of England in Kentucky,  but the people say they're looking for me.

I've been a victim and paid over 2k to 'bill collectors' before. Won't ever happen again.

DO NOT GIVE OUT INFO UNLESS YOU HAVE WRITTEN NOTIFICATION AND PROOF.

This so called secret company called me, and my two sons... claimed to be a  litigation service , I did a reverse look up of the number to find out they are a collection agency... First off, it is not even my debt... it was someone else's... The man who answered the phone could not of been any more rude than he was... He was horrible... I asked him who he was, and what company he was with, and then he got real rude to me, and said I was rude... I never got out of line with him, nor was I rude until he started raising his voice to me... I asked him to not call me ever again.,... I am tired of people looking up our phone numbers when they did not have permission....

This company is trouble.  They have called trying to collect a debt that is not mine.  They claimed to have a "summons" and judgement against me for this debt that does not exist.  When I asked them to provide proof they got rude and hung up.  Next thing I know they are contacting family members trying to collect on this "phoney" debt.  That is harassment and is going to be reported to the authorities.  DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE IDIOTS.  SCAMMERS!!!

They called several times claiming to be "pre litigation." Asked for my mother but I would t give any details. Do not Induldge these idiots.

If these people have so much info. On me and toll me to send them money,  I would know that iam not working.

I am always getting calls from them and it says my name but I don't have anything out t worry about. I put reject on call but can still leave a voice mail and its automated service not even a person

My 16 year old keeps getting calls from them before 6 am every morning. Looking for someone else last name turner. Today I was told that they can call and harass my child as we can pay the debt seeing they are calling us. I don't know this person at all .

Called with a case number and my name saying I was a defendant. Word to the wise, these are NOT legitimate calls. I have been getting these types of calls from various numbers claiming the same thing, with different case numbers saying they represent Hydra Fund, DJR Group, or CMG Group. I had never heard of these companies so I did some digging and as it turns out they are currently being sued by the Federal Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection as of September of this year. They, along with various other bogus loan/pay day loan companies are selling your info and running a scam to collect of debts people either paid off or never even obtained in the first place. (comes on in an automated female voice) "Paul Buzza"
"If Paul Buzza (same automated inserted voice/name) is unknown to you, press 2, if you do know of him, press 1 to speak to an investigator."

=I do not press any number but I hang up instead.  It could be that it is a scam, and I would get charges to my phone bill  if I press anything.

For at least the last year, an illegal group of debt collectors have been terrorizing consumers, their family, friends, and employees threatening to arrest the individual of an unpaid loan or other debt (their generally don't even owe). Be aware debt is a civil matter, not a criminal matter, and you can't be arrested. They threaten a warrant if the victim does not pay a sum of money by the credit card over the phone.

Some of the people they are calling do not owe a debt.  Others they are calling have already settled their debt with the organization who owns the accounts. Even if you do owe a debt, do not be deceived by the actions of this group.  Many of the accounts they are attempting to collect they do not own.  In other words, if you pay these people, that is not going to clear your debt with its rightful owner.  

Although when pressed the callers give the victim an address in Columbia South Carolina (usually a vacant lot),  Atlanta GA (often a parking lot near the bus station or a Peachtree Road Address) or Phoenix AZ.  They are actually out of the Charlotte North Carolina area. The scammers are using the following business names (and there are many others, and they seem to create new ones daily).  They will normally answer the call back number as “Investigations”.  They often call people with a recording claiming they are looking for a "defendant"
