These people are relentless and will continue to harass. Continuous calls on a debt that is not mine and will not remove my number from their list

You'll most likely will have to send them a cease and desist letter by US mail.  Certified, return receipt.  Also, invest in  a call blocker and do not pick up on numbers you do not recognize.  PRA is the 70 thousand ton speeding freight train of debt collection.  Hard to stop.  They call from perhaps thousands of different numbers.  Still,  do what you can.

As CWG40 pointed out, all dealings with this criminal enterprise should be by mail, certified, return receipt so that you have proof they got it and they can't deny it.  Once you send that letter and they have received it the calls are supposed to stop by law.  If they continue, get a lawyer and sue them for big bucks.  One woman received an 82 million dollar verdict against them for doing the same thing they are doing to you.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of the date of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
